Tropical Smoothie Cafe

We ordered Mocha Madness. It tasted great and the quantity was sufficient for two. They also have plenty of sandwiches, wraps and other options. I would definitely go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe again.

Delicious and Nutritious! I stopped here this morning after a long weekend of indulging in not so healthy foods and drinks. I grabbed some food for myself and some smoothies to bring to my friends who were hard at working moving apartments. This is exactly what I needed to get back on track with my diet. I definitely recommend the detox smoothie and the chicken pesto flatbread. Awesome service with a smile!

Superb customer service. The owner/manager helped me customize a smoothie, didn’t rush me for a moment, and was super kind in all my indecisiveness. This was a wonderful experience and I will absolutely be back.

This place is my jam...we go here every weekend... Very clean...all the employees seem happy...it's a very inviting atmosphere...can be hopping at times...alot of customers use the app to avoid lines...but I normally do early weekend days and it's in and out.... The smoothies and quesadillas are great

A small discrepancy in consistency depending on who's working...but never had any issues!
I always get the same thing but today I tried their new Tropical teriyaki Flatbread..no quality issues but I did not like that at all...I'll stick to my favorite..southwest wrap.

Twice I have placed online orders and they have been ready at or before the pick-up time. Also they have both been correct. The establishment is clean and the employees have been friendly and professional. One of the better Tropical Smoothies.

This place is absolutely amazing!! I can't believe there's so many negative reviews. I live over an hour away & I have to make it a mandatory stop every single time I go. I've never had anything that I didn't like. Food and drinks are all well priced for the quantity u get in return. U have to try the Bahama Mama smoothie!! It's my all time favorite that originally got me hooked, but every single one of them that I have tried are good. The slider sandwiches are great too. And I have never once had bad service there. I'm super pregnant and one of the guys there just made my night more than he knows. I wish I would've got his name so I could give him a direct compliment. It's closing time and he didn't have to be as nice as he was, but he went above & beyond.

I’ve been coming to this location almost everyday for about 5 months now and beyond the fact they make my order perfect every time, the owners and all the employees are incredibly sweet. They take the time to have a conversation with me even when they are busy, and somehow always recommend something I’ll love. I have tried many smoothie places in the past but for the quality and quantity you get here the price is unmatched. I always look forward to seeing everyone so happy in the morning, and I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else.

My family and I love going to Tropical Smoothie. We always have a pleasant time. The wait for our food and drinks are never long, even though we could be there in the middle of lunch time. The staff is great and nice. 10/10 Would recommend!

The smoothies are great. Not made with fruit sitting in sugary syrup. It's actually fresh fruit and they taste amazing. Never tried one that I didn't like. The food is good too. Great healthy options. Staff is always friendly and service is quick.

They were very accommodating with their gluten and wheat free options. There were specific ingredients I had concerns about in a dish and they were very thorough with checking and going through labels to make sure it was safe to eat. Great customer service. I highly recommend this Tropical Smoothie Cafe!

This place hasn't missed a step even though it moved recently locations. I went into a newer crisper and refreshing environment and I didn't even get a smoothie because I was so impressed.

Actually got there all day breakfast Panini which is only like $2.50. Awesome price great value for sure. The bathrooms are phenomenal here as well. I had an emergency and I was not upset by the sanitation peace. Just in luck if you need to go. Nature Calls!

Parking around here can get a little hectic around lunch time so be prepared for that or Park illegally if you're going to be in and out in less than 3 minutes and you should be okay. You didn't hear me out read me day that! Eat well and Dine healthy

I am from Michigan so tropical smoothie is kind of a big thing up there. I am in Tennessee taking care of some things from my mom passing away and I noticed that there was a tropical smoothie that wasn't opened yet in Johnson City so I drove about 1 hr and 56 minutes to Knoxville for Tropical Smoothie. I was absolutely impressed with the friendly staff, delicious smoothie and food. Definitely will make the drive again to knoxville the next time I'm in Tennessee craving Tropical Smoothie

I live pretty close to the farragut location but always prefer this location when I have the time and opportunity to drive the few extra minutes!! Always amazing customer service, quick food, and quick curbside service when I am on the way somewhere with my 2 year old and don’t want to load him in and out and literally all the times I’ve been here I’ve never had anything wrong! This one girl always takes my order when I come in and always has great customer service skills and is always so nice and helpful, I wish I got her name to give her a good review but she’s blonde and for some reason I want to say she has glasses but i can’t really remember if that’s true or not lol but anyways this store is definitely the best by far out of the two locations I have frequented!

Really enjoying the order ahead aspect of the app, but took a star off for the limitations of this feature. I like to make substitutions to my smoothies, but can't do that with drinks on the app, only with the food items.
Update: the additions to allow for substitutions is great! Adding a fifth star! Thank you!

Always delicious, nutritious, and honest product. They stand behind what they serve so much so that you can watch them prepare the ingredients right in front of you. I've had concerns and questions about the multivitamins and other additive options, and they've gladly disclosed the ingredients with full disclosure.
I recommend sunrise with spinach and kale and some apple slaw for lunch. YUM!

A lunch time go to. The chicken quesadilla and a smoothie are a must. Plus the app is so easy to use and get points. Just always a great experience.
