Guitar Center

Decided to come back to playing after a 30 year hiatus. Joseph was super helpful with getting me up to date and pointing me in the right direction. We even stayed solidly within my budget. Actual customer service!!! Thanks to Joseph, and thanks to Guitar Center!

Just recently purchased a drum kit, and had it shipped to the store. Brad in the drum department went above and beyond from helping with placing the order and assembling the drums after they arrived.

This visit was absolutely wonderful. The sales rep's knowledge of amps was amazing. I came in looking for a great amp for my husband's Christmas present for an electric Mandolin, which they pointed me towards acoustic amps and if I did not ask, I would of bought an electric amp, which did not know that they were mostly for electric guitars.

My daughter takes classes here and her teacher, Micheal is wonderful- she is learning so much. Also- they have an awesome selection of guitars and other instruments too. Definitely recommend this place!

The place is great and has a nice selection of amazing instruments but if it’s not there, no worries! They will have it shipped to the store in a few days. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. My only issue was waiting to check out. Their so helpful they run out of staff members sometimes to get you checked out. But from my experience I would rather get that great service and just wait a few mins more to get checked out. I’m sure I will be back in there to get more!

This is a fun place to go if you're a guitar lover. Hundreds of guitars on display and they're happy to let you try any of them. Jimi is very helpful, and did not make me feel like the nube that I am. Joseph is also very helpful. I ended up picking up a nice PRS guitar and am very happy with my purchase.

Lots of inventory, and the guy who helped me was very knowledgeable. The particular item I was looking for was in stock, which it isn't at previous stores I had visited. I made my purchase, and left the store satisfied. Highly recommended.

What can I say? They've got nearly everything you've been looking for!! Friendly and knowledgeable staff always at hand. It's not my first time here and won't be my last!

Kale our sales guy was excellent yesterday 1/2/24 we bought a DBX 266XS compressor and Kle was very knowledgeable in that product. a few months ago he swapped out a bad sound board we had bought from this store with a new one. Kale, thank you sir for what you have done for us!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Good selection of electric and acoustic guitars. Both new and used. Drum room, lessons, song books, pedals, cables and accessories. If you have musical needs then by all means shop at Guitar Center. Recommended 100%

This place has undergone a complete transformation and is now a Disneyland of guitars.

The customer service provided by Lucas was of the highest quality, exceeding my expectations and providing a positive experience.

Took my new guitar in for specific tuning and platinum set-up. $80 well spent and I was directed to by something less expensive than the leading brand because they said the product worked better. The coolest was them not caring to leave my guitar for a period of time till I came back from the road. I'm a truck driver so that helped also. 4 yrs ago this would have been a 2 star but they seem to have improved a lot. Thanks guys.

Edit: J-45! Sounds “tinny”. Will get certified Gibson tech to change strings and set the tone. Love the “look” but sound should be awesome as well.

Tried out acoustic guitars. Looking for a fuller and less metallic sound than current guitars we have. Had nice (long ponytail, of course) sales-guy unlock the expensive guitars on top. Martin, Taylor, Alvarez…. Play action not all the same. Sound quality was hard to hear with so many others playing guitars. Management needs to consider a door to close off that little room for higher end $ acoustic guitars.

Still an awesome spot for miscellaneous accessories or fine instruments. Nice quality selection of acoustic guitars, friendly sales staff, and generally knowledgeable and genuine folks!

It was a nice visit Saturday with my family. My husband loves that place. He usually sits and plays guitar while I'm finding musical instruments to explore. The store was rather busy today. The restroom was clean, which is always nice. The employees where very helpful if we had any questions. Great selection of new and old guitars. I also noticed they had a complimentary one time free lesson.

Matt and Joe are awesome!!!!!! Worked to get me into the Gretsch i wanted recently. Have helped me get a Dean and a Bc Rich as well. Friendly, courteous and accommodating as can be. I strongly suggest that you give them and the whole store a chance to help you. You won't regret it. Thanks guys!!!!!!

I’m usually afraid to tinker around in guitar shops, but the staff at this Guitar Center are so friendly and helpful, I felt at home. Gage and Sawyer are incredible, patient, insightful guitar teachers, and Gage is also extremely helpful on the floor when it comes to exploring and testing out instruments. Really glad to have had a chance to visit here and take courses here!
