McDonald's

Ordered through the mobile app when I arrived the young lady informed that the frappé machine was being cleaned. I really did want a frappe but I could tell that she felt bad so I took an offer on a coffee wither caramel drizzle.. OMG one of the best coffees I’ve had from McDonald’s! She had amazing customer service and really made me feel like she wanted to help ! I wish I asked her name to make sure she gets credit bc she did amazing !!!!!

Everyone was friendly... It was an amazing place to dine in... Depending on how you were dressed... You have to remember you are on the corner of, ya you guessed it... So when you sit down remember your are safe, although as you look out of the windows keep your hands in at all times, no sudden movements, so be prepared for an additional adventure and experience of San Antonio's wildlife... Enjoy...

This is really really a very enjoyable McDonald's, they have a good play area and it is spacious enough maybe a little more spacious and most McDonald's, it also has like a private room in the back near the play area for parties. The employees and management all seem to be pretty happy and the food is fresh, the Mushroom Swiss burger is very juicy. It's also has a very convenient location right across from the Taco Bell so if you're tired of Taco Bell come to this McDonald's. by the way the ice cream at all the McDonald's is pretty good but this one I would have to say the ice cream is the tops!

There were only a couple people buying in the store. The wait staff was prompt and courteous.

Great food, The service is amazing (they give you free pies!), and the place looks amazing!

The employees have been pleasant but overworked ( they really need a couple new hires ) because during busy times it's a headache ( especially drive-thru ) of lengthy waits when no one has moved in as long as 10 minutes ( sometimes more ) I've had missing items or prep is more sloppy...
Last night I spent more on gas/idling it just wasn't worth the wait so I took my business elsewhere ( across the street @ Taco Bell ), quite a few others left doing pretty much the same

I placed an in-app order and the food was ready in less than 5 minutes. The food was fresh and hot. Everything was made correctly and the staff are helpful and keep the restaurant clean. Will be returning to this location.

I had table service during breakfast hours, and it was what you'd expect from McDonald's. It was 3 to 4 of us dining in this restaurant. The atmosphere was alright, but I felt sorry for the elderly women who needed to work to survive 😕. That was a drag, seeing them struggling while I ate.

Delicious food good drinks good service at decent price

In the morning before work I might stop in here and every time I do, they are on top of things. They are friendly and fast. Thank you Morning Crew! Y’all are doing an excellent job!

This McDonald's is the best. My mom was at the Nursing Home down the street and was basically living out her last days on chocolate milkshakes and coke(also bananas). I stopped everything I visited her to get these 2 items. The staff and management at this location always were very friendly, efficient, and caring. They got to know me. They cared. I just want to thank them from the bottom of my heart for caring so much.

We ate a lot. Of course it was good. Drink machines were messed up tho. I completely appreciate getting to order with the machine instead of trying to customize our food while others are in line waiting to order also ☺ All the workers were great also. Thank you hard workers ☺ We enjoyed our visit 💗

Really do enjoy that they usually are on top of serving their customers downside about this location is the long lines. It's not there fault, but just a heads up if you haven't been to this location. Thank you for your services 🙏

The cashier was very nice and even made me laugh. The food came out quick, and I tried the new shake it was very good

I feel bad I didn't get the names of the ladies this morning in the drive through. But that being said from the lady that took my order, to the lady that handed my receipt who by the way is always kind, to the lady who handed my coffee were completely outstanding. Never have been treated so well by a McDonalds and they literally made my day. They were also so sweet with, smiles and just great vibes. I went today around 10:30am so I really hope they find out whose shift it was bc wow they are amazing. Great job!

Ok so update: I found out one of the wonderful ladies name and her name is Bridget and she is the cashier. She's always absolutely wonderful!

It's McDonald's, they already beat every other food chain out a long time ago. They do not need my review, I am nobody to the kingdom of McDonald's. Who doesn't like McDonald's? Nobody, thats who.
Anyone says different is trying to look cool the data disproves them. Protip: if you are trying to look cool, you're doing it wrong. The opposite applies for be cool. Definitely be cool.

Had to wait a bit for the food to the side, but everything was hot and fresh. Normally, when this happens, only one item is hot, and everything is cold because of the wait.

Does anybody know what happened yesterday March 16th 2023 at this mcdonalds ?? A man with a buncha kids got arrested I was blocked in as i was leaving i had to ask the officer to let me out .. but I was wondering why a big caucasion man was in there with multiple african american kids .. ???

This McDonald's is the cleanest McDonald's I've ever ever ever been too. Plus service was amazing. It was so clean didn't stink the playground clean. THE RESTROOMS SPOTLESS. I enjoyed my meal 100% it was fresh just how I order it. Food was really good. They have to start sending the person that is in charge of this McDonald's to other location so they can improve them all.

I got the same food and it tasted the same because its McDonald's right come on. What you look for is the little things when you visit a McDonald's like are the fries hot, is the staff friendly, etc. The staff was wonderful, even let me change my order at the window, and my food and drinks were hot and fries were perfectly salty. Awesome job guys, keep up the good work and thank you.
