Conns was amazing! I was there to view a dishwasher, but then after seeing all of the other appliances I knew I had to spend a lot more money than I had planned! I was won over by the extremely comfortable mattresses they had which I hope help with back issues I have. Great experience would recommend to anyone who is needing to revitalize their home!!

My Dad helped me to get a refrigerator and was helped by Prince at the Pasadena store. We both were treated friendly and came out satisfied with our purchase. Thanks Prince I'm sure you will see us again, soon.

Store closes at 9:30. I arrived at 9:15 and was still able to get the TV I wanted. Last one, which was the display. Very satisfied.

The manager on duty in the evening of 12.23.23. Was very rude in handling my transaction. I had to return the next day because the soundbar was defective. Manager Victor T. resolved my issue quickly. Thank you Victor. I'll be a customer for life.

James, my salesperson contacted me after I completed the pre approval online. We went in the store same day picked out our items, set up delivery date and signed paperwork. The manager came over at the end of our transaction and explained delivery details. Conn’s will forever be my go to place since shortly after a previous purchase, Hurricane Harvey hit and we lost all of our materialistic possessions and memories such as photos, bibles and such. Call Conn’s and my debt was wiped clean. Thank you for the great service during Harvey and today’s purchase. Always a pleasure doing business with a company that knows how to treat customers!!

Shopping at Conn's was a very pleasant experience. Carina was great showing us the washers, dryers and refrigerators. She helped us pick the perfect ones for our household. Hands down BEST furniture shopping experience EVER! God love Tovi @ the Pasadena location; not only was she amazing and beyond helpful from the start, I ended up going back to order rugs and ended up being high maintenance and wanting to change my original order and she made it absolutely SEAMLESS! Would give 10 stars if I could!!!!!!

Sales rep Cassie and manager Victor were super helpful, friendly and very nice! They went above and beyond to make sure my current account and new account were all set and me only have to worry about one monthly payment. They took inconsideration that I had to be somewhere else and worked quickly to have me out of there in under an hour! Which I very much appreciated! Thank you for everything!

Today me and my husband went in just to look around but Jennifer came and greeted us and stayed by our side she helped us out with everything and gave us really amazing customer service.
