unit, terrible service. saleswomen look at you from above. non-matching in the check. on a show-window one, in calculation another. could not buy the goods that were needed, in the right quantity. the saleswoman refused, said they would call me the next day and did not call when she came, with a contemptuous look she said that "oh, I forgot." I want to put minus points.
