Clean restaurant, friendly people, hot delicious food served quick. It’s what McDonalds should be. Great job!

This is the best McDonalds in the entire Idaho falls area. The employees are super nice instead of crazy or depressed. Not saying other McDonalds have crazy or depressed workers, just impressed with their quality of employees.
For example, one night I pulled up to the drive through with my bois and the lady on the speaker was like “hey what do you want” in a nice voice, and I was like, “um dinner”, because I wasn’t sure what wanted yet and she thought it was hilarious and said I made her day. Then she gave me free food. Epic.
On a different occasion I had the opportunity to meet a really cool employee. I think his name was Luke or something but he went above and beyond my needs for dinner that night. He really sealed the deal on the meal. Thank you McDonalds.
Also the food was so amazing. So good.

Update: Today I ordered an ice cream cone and it came out in less than 30 seconds! That is fast food!

The service was outstanding. Food quality was really good and the cost for two double cheeseburgers and a drink is absolutely cheap.

If I could give this specific McDonald’s more than 5 stars, I would. The service was impeccable, the best out of any restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life. They tended to our every need and went above and beyond. The place was extremely cleanly, and they even invested in hands-free sanitation in adoption to COVID. The food was in great condition, absolutely no complaints. The atmosphere was welcoming and quiet. If your gonna spend your money at McDonald’s, spend it at this one. These people deserve a raise. I’m not getting paid to review here, I’m simply expressing what a great experience I had. I have never left as great of a review as this one, so you can take my word for it.

Food was great and service flawless.
They were out of ice on one of the soft drink machines, but it happens. Seating is limited and even after Covid the majority of focus is drive through.

This McDonald’s is always my favorite the employees are always super friendly and facility is always clean Jerilyn and Daniel Brown make sure of that ! Plus they always get my order correct keep up the great work!

I have drank coke had a lot of different McDonald's but I'm going to tell you this is got to be one of the best Coke at any McDonald's. I don't know what they do I don't know what they do differently but it is the very best.

first things first Jonathan and Brittany you guys are the freaking best, thank you for giving me such great customer service and respect. We need more people like you on this Earth. God bless your soul. Whoever the manager is or the GM they need to give them a raise right now and I mean right now. I will definitely be coming back to this location because of them. Before I came here I stopped at Wendy's on Broadway and received the worst customer service ever like I couldn't even explain it. The lady just sat there and laughed at me seriously. I have to say I was pretty upset. So I told my beautiful wife let's just go to McDonald's babe and I could say that was the best decision of my life I've ever made besides marrying my wife and making six figures. You guys restored my faith in great customer service thank you God bless you guys.

Average modern McDonald's with self check out and a double drive thru. Wait times we're average. Food was fine. Got everything I ordered. Happy with this location.

Always went to the one on Ammon and then they closed... Some of the employees came to this one, they are awesome and I come to this one now. It close and works as a replacement, I love it. It's clean and unique is a few ways, such as a table with a screen for drawing on, or a wooden table on one side of the room and a tall white table on the other, or maybe even a booth. Keep it up guys!

Typically busy, but it is for a good reason. They are most always dependable. I have had *nearly* ZERO problems in the past six years of in-store, drive-thru, delivery and online pick-up.

Now, by giving McDonald's a 5-star rating I don't intend to suggest that it's anything other than a McDonald's, I'm just saying that in the multinational universe that is MCDONALD'S, this particular McDonald's at 1875 South 2500 East in Ammon is a 5 star McDonald's. Specifically, it has a 5 star friendly staff, it has 5 star cleanliness, orders come out at 5 star speed and with 5 star accuracy. So, we GENUINELY enjoy going to this particular McDonald's and have gone there 6 or 7 times per week since about February 2000. What's more, I've lost 92 pounds on this McDonald's diet composed of chicken nuggets, a little less than half of a large order of fries and a large diet coke. So, McDonald's
