Cameron and another employee really helped me out in choosing boots. I had a weird size and request and they found the correct size and style, ordered them for me and they were delivered to my house fitting right the first time.

Fantastic customer service. Even though there selection of boots, my size, that we're in stock was very limited, the staff was great at helping me order from their warehouse.

Very attractive store. Customer service is superb. Dianne was personable and patient as she guided me through buying my first pair of boots! Good selection of seasonal clothes, boots, hats and accessories. Can’t wait to come back! Finally got to wear my new Sherpa lined coat and Shyanne boots together when it hit the low 30’s and it looked great.

This place can be a little pricey, but they carry high-quality products. And their customer service is pretty darn good as well.

The salesperson Wilde was kind, knowledgeable, and was really helpful. I felt he genuinely wanted to help me find what I needed and what was comfortable and didn't simply just try to brush me off or push me to spend more money. Good atmosphere throughout the store.

Been in this Boot Barn many times and have always had great costumer service. Definitely the place to go for hats and nice western clothes in Idaho Falls. I would highly recommend going here over Vickers.

This location has an awesome assortment of boots. The sales staff are friendly and willing to help. I went to this location looking for a pair of work boots and was happy with the assortment. Some of the boots were pretty spendy, which is understood because they carry a lot of top name brands, but I was pleased to see the pair of work boots I was shopping around for we're almost $20 cheaper than everywhere else in town. I feel like I got a good deal. If you're looking for a nice pair of boots whether it's work boots or just everyday boots check this place out They have a huge assortment and they have a great assortment of clothes as well.

Absolutely love the boot barn. Haven't been to one in years since I moved. The lady that helped out, I wish I can remember her name . Was amazing!! Very knowledgeable on work boots.

I came to exchange some boots and Bret, the manager, was one of the most caring employees that’s ever helped me in any retail store here in Idaho Falls. He was all about making sure I found the correct pair of boots. He measured me, was polite, and made me sit in the “comfy chair” while he brought me some options. You can tell his employees really like and respect him too. My hats off to Bret. Great work!

A few bargains, but this is not really the place for bargain hunting. They sell mostly high quality items at a fair price, but it's not cheap. They have a great selection, especially for hard-to-find items, boots, and higher quality stuff than you can find elsewhere in this area. The customer service here is AMAZING ! Every time I go in here the employees treat me like I am some super VIP customer, even when I don't buy anything. The reason I keep going back to buy my stuff here is because they are so nice to me EVERY TIME, even when I don't buy anything.
