Mike did an awesome job of preparing my taxes. She also prepared me for the taxes in advance to tell me how much I needed to take out each check to make sure I received a refund. She is awesome!!! I highly recommend Mike at the Herrin office for anyone needing their taxes done

This is an amazing company. All of the employees are always so friendly and cheerful. They always greet you at the door when you come in and keep you updated on if there will be any wait times..Michaela King does my taxes every year and she is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She is always so efficient and concise. Michaela explains explains every step of the process and in a way you understand. It honestly is like going over to a friends house to get help with taxes. They are willing to help answer any questions that you have and are willing to help direct you on how to retrieve any info you may need throughout the year. I highly recommend this office for all your tax preparation needs. We have been yearly customers for more than 10 years. I have tried other offices before and they overcharge and treat you like a burden. Not at JH! And this company will stand by their work.

Overall, the best experience I have had at any place. Michaela was so nice and very patient with me as I was very confused with a lot of questions. She was prompt and really answered every question I had! I was greeted within seconds of walking in the door and there was never a time I didn’t have a smile on my face from her kindness! I have been to 2 other places to have my taxes done and I have NEVER received the respect and kindness I received from her!

Michaela King and all the ladies at the Herrin office are fantastic. Michaela is absolutely the best. I have been coming to‘Mike’ for over 20yrs! She is thorough, fast and so friendly. She always greets you by your name when you walk in the front door! She explains everything and goes the extra mile to get your taxes done right.

My husband and I walked into the Jackson Hewitt office in Herrin, IL yesterday, without an appointment, after very poor service from our usual tax preparer. We were greeted at the door and 1 hour later our taxes were filed! Amanda Whitledge was very efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant! As a side note, the office was very clean and tastefully decorated for St Patrick’s Day making the whole experience even more pleasant. We will definitely go back next tax season.

Dan Matuszczak at Jackson Hewitt in Herrin, IL did a fantastic job on our taxes this year! Very professional, friendly, & answered all my questions!! We always have multiple W2s & he knows exactly what he’s doing! Explains everything to us at the end! You can’t beat his level of customer service!!
