McDonald's

We were dining in very early. It was before school started. The staff was super friendly and was extra nice to my young kid. We like this location. It's very cozy inside.

Great business....always clean and they give customers their best.

They get my order correct and serve hot food.

Hot and fresh food, and helpful and friendly staff. One of the best McDonalds in the Tri-state.

We went through the drive through here, there wasn't a long line to wait in.
Ir was after 10pm when We were here, the lady taking Our order was helpful to Me in answering the couple questions that I had. She was extremely friendly, actually everyone We encountered this visit was very Nice.
From taking Our order, to taking Our payment and the receiving window of where We picked Our order up from.
Our order was correct, We were given everything that We asked for and the food was fresh and hot!
We were both Very pleased, needless to say Our meal's tasted exceptional 👏 👌
This is one I would recommend..

I always get 4 hash browns and sweet tea before my appointments in Lexington from this location. Sometimes I have issues with other drivers in drive through(good example a guy that refused to pull up farther so I could safely pass him after second window) but the actual workers I have yet to have issues with.

My go to place for ice coffee, cheese burgers, happy meals and nuggets always have my order ready in a timely manner even when they busy. I always go morning or afternoon don't mind the lunch wait, super friendly and nice polite staff

Clean restraunt. Food was fresh.

I had a large cone. My dog got a pup cup of ice cream. She goes wild for it. As soon as we get to the drive through, she is excited, pacing in the car, a few barks
She gets tore up. When served her pup cup, total silence. Good times.

I'm a regular there , and to be honest....There are times when the restaurant is slammed. I think for the most part the employees do a great job. Friendly, very personable, and eager to please. I've seen the drive through line wrapped completely around the parking lot and it is very hard to get every order right and sometimes take longer then expected.. I mean you have 15 people serving 100, and some people expect it right now.... not gonna happen. I think they do a great job.

I stopped at this McDonald’s at about 3:35am while on a road trip from Connecticut, after getting off the highway in search of a public restroom, I decided to get a coffee after. The girl who rung me out was extremely friendly and chatted with me while getting my coffee. She had wonderful costumer service skills, I didn’t get her name but she was in her 20s and had reddish hair (maybe). I hope that management is able to determine who she, and she is given credit for her wonderful customer service.

Mobile app is where it's at! Daily deals and delivery to your car...sign me up. These people are phenomenal! Great customer service. They make me feel like family!

Best bacon egg and cheese biscuits I've had in decades friendly staff, fast service, fresh food, perhaps you could give all McDonalds in Michigan lessons👍👍👍👍👍

Awesome place to work and eat. Very clean store. Friendly hard working people there that dedicate themselves to great customer service techniques in order to better serve us. I quit working there personal reasons but it was a great place to work and eat at also.

This is a very busy McDonalds. They try their best to keep the lines moving. Only one lane, so it’s faster to get through than the 2 lane McDonalds. I often stop for my favorite sugar free vanilla cold coffee. They do have the best cold coffee in Morehead. Stays open all night and close to the hospital.

For a McDonald's it's worth while! The tables are always clean and the bathrooms typically are too! My only complaint would be that they don't have any type of vegan burger!

The line always moves fast, and it's one of the cheapest options in town. Also, they are very good at getting your order right the first time here, but still check before you leave just in case.

Smiles given when we ordered was nice. Fast service was great. A family stoped and introduced themselves and talked for awhile. Our visit rated a five. Thank you MC Donalds.
