Been here twice now. We always have a blast engineering our way down the river with our sticks. A great way to spend a beautiful summer day and beat the heat! Going on a weekday is definitely a plus! We will be back!

Employees always make it fun,and there have been no SACK ATTACKERS to ruin my meal,

Actually I hadn't had a McDonald's burger in a very long time. I decided to try one again on my way home from work, and it was fresh and hot and quite tasty.

It may just be a Blairsville GA thing, but the employees here are wonderful! They always have a smile and hot food at the ready! Just all around nice people and quick to serve. Looks like Chick-fil-A has some competition in service 😂

I don't generally bother reviewing fast-food establishments. But my experience at the Hiawassee McDonald's was so good that I thought it a shame not to share. I got there right at 10:30 on a Sunday morning and they were still serving breakfast. I ordered your basic Egg McMuffin meal. It was as good as any that I've ever had in 40+ years. The Egg McMuffin was piping hot and fresh. Simply delicious. The hash brown was so hot that it almost burned me. The coffee was perfect. I ordered at the kiosk but the lady who served me my meal was a delight. Top marks to this McDonald's franchisee. This is how Ray Kroc would have wanted it. I worked in store management for McDonald's in the early-80s. So I know how it's supposed to be done. Kudos to Hiawassee!

I loved the filet o fish and had to try it again the next day. The ice cream cone is a favorite always!
The gentleman at the counter and the ladies serving were super polite and helpful.

The Hiawassee, Georgia McDonald's is a GREAT place to go anytime of the day OR evening. I have been there several times lately. Every time that I went there, the person who took my order was very efficient. Even when I asked questions about how much certain combinations of their menu items, food, and drinks were, they gave me a quick answer. They have good food, and they took care of MY MEAL AND DRINK ORDERS in a timely manner.

They were extremely busy at breakfast time as they were the only fast food restaurant in the area allowing inside dining and/or ordering. Staff did a great job of handling the rush of people inside and at the drive through.

Our order was spot on and was ready in no time, even with the huge amount of customers waiting and ordering.

Hats off to the staff willing to work and handle the work load!!

They were trying do hard but that were short staffed. I felt for them! I waited for the Americana machine to reboot for over 20 minutes. Finally all for code so I could leave. Not Thier fault. I truly feel for people that work fast food and have to deal with public and our microwave mentality. Thank you staff for working so hard!

We had a Coke and french fries with the coupon in the app to get a free french fry french fries were nice and hot and tasty good
When you use the app you can find a lot of deals and save money

You know I was blown away by this McDonalds. They were perfect. The McDonalds near me needs to be shut down because they can't get good help and they are the slowest I ever knows and they always forget something. I had breakfast here everymorning while up there and I never had a problem.

I always get the fish sandwich without cheese and this location has it right every time!! Thank you staff. You're always friendly and don't seem to mind me changing the cheese.
This location is certainly better than the ones in Lagrange Georgia where I came from. Those..all 5.. locations were terrible. None of them ever got your order correct.

It's a very good place to eat. The employees are very friendly and make it a good atmosphere.

It seems odd to leave a review for a fast food restaurant, but this one is outstanding. Each step and each person was awesome! We had a huge order and they repeated everything back to us and were so cheerful! We started to pull around and the guy was smiling out the window. Then then the ladies at the front were so nice. Never had a “Chick-fil-A experience” at a McDonald’s - so, definitely had to let them know, GREAT JOB!!

I don't normally eat fast food but McDonald's gas always been a favorite when I do. Stopped in for a quarter pound with cheese, fries & Coke. Fast service, friendly & food was hot & excellent!!!

Lobby was open!!
Keep safe protocols seemed to be in place and used.
Team members were pleasant even tho they were extremely busy..
Overall..a good location and we recommend with no hesitation.

I just got a regular egg McMuffin and side sausage with sweet tea was no big deal 4 it's a average McDonald's. The store was clean, employees were very pleasant and the wait time inside really was not long maybe a minute to a minute and a half. I don't normally eat at McDonald's but I would go back this one again.

This is the best McDonald's I have ever been to. The burgers are actually juicy at this one.

This McDonalds was my best experience and hope the air doesn’t get to the owners head. This is a leader when it comes to how these places need to run. The drive through attendant had a voice like and angel and should be on talk radio.
