Consistently good service here. Maybe the one star reviewers experienced a bad day, but I come here every two weeks when I'm in the area just to shop and see the new products. If you buy things during their sales it's such a good deal, plus their rewards program is awesome!! The people who work here are very nice and helpful.

What a wonderful shop! This is one of the fuller stores with almost the entire line of Bath & BW products. Sophia greeted us and was an amazing help with my 5 year old who was choosing her birthday lotion. Her welcoming spirit and fun personality made us want to spend ourselves into oblivion.
Definitely recommend checking your online account for sales and rewards before purchasing. Their sales are the best especially before Mother's Day. Will def make this our go-to gift shop.

This is my all time favorite stores. I absolutely love their products and you can't beat their prices. They always have great sales going on.

Shopping for the bathroom plugins. Lots of fragrances to choose from. Personal preference is the Eucalyptus +Tea or Fiji white sands. I had a coupon for a moisturizer (free) Into The Night Body Cream 24 hr moisturizer. Wow

My kiddo and I took advantage of the most recent sale. We stocked up!! The staff was friendly and attentive. The store itself was tidy and well stocked. Fall and Halloween set up was out and we enjoyed sniffing our way through the store.

Can't go wrong with all the merch choices & #BOGO sales. The staff are really helpful & don't give you grief, if you have to return or exchange a purchase. Love this place for gifts for friends... .

Clean store, ample parking.

First off I am a huge fan of bath and body works and have been since I was 13. This store here is exceptional. Its always clean and stocked to perfection. The staff here is so sweet and so helpful.The store manager does a great job at keeping her store looking beautiful!!

Best smelling place in town.

This store is consistently good . I’ve never had a problem when I go here . The employees at BBW palm coast are so helpful and nice , the store is always organized and cleaned . Will continue to go out of my way to this Bath and Body Works !
