Starbucks

If you are passing through the desert on your road trip, this is an excellent place to stop for refreshments.

One of the best aspects that is special to this location is the large spacious parking lot and easy to navigate drive thru.

It is adjacent to an AM/PM gas station and it is right off the I-10 with easy on-off access so you can get back on your way with minimal hassle.

Oversized vehicles have space too.

Conveniently located, has Drive thru, has a nicely maintained restroom, good ambience and vibes. The staff are really having a great teamwork going. Food was yummy - we tried the chicken pesto sandwich

They got my drink correct, which means a lot. Bathroom does have a code. It was clean and nice for a pitstop. They don't have the usual pastries here.

My drink was made incorrectly, but they fix it right away! I forgot to mention that I wanted Oatmilk, but when I received my order, I looked at the order on the side of my cup, and I didn’t mention anything to do without milk, so I asked the barista is there any oat milk in here and they said, no, I replied, with I want an oat milk. I forgot to mention it. So the barista said no problem. We will fix it for you right now, and he made me a brand new one with oat milk! I appreciate them being so kind and forgiving to me.

Only Starbucks I go to no matter how far I am in the valley I go directly only to them, Amazing customer service each time I go, only Starbucks to make my drinks right. Never have had a problem.

Stopped by on our long drive back home. Got an iced caramel brulee latte, my personal favorite. It was absolutely delightful. Great selection of cake pops for the little ones. The sausage egg breakfast sandwich was so yummy and very filling. Great location to visit.

Great service here. They actually get your order right when others Starbucks mess up. They have a good sense of humor as well as professional and actually get your order out quick even when there’s 7+ cars in line. They actually explain the drink to you in more details when asked and actually refer you to the right one that you might’ve forgotten the name of. All in all great Starbucks!

I don’t know what Victor and Yaffit are talking about. If you want Starbucks coffee you won’t be disappointed. If they tried to go to any other Starbucks in the area I’m sure they would’ve realized that they also don’t have cup holders. Or maybe just use your hands?

Had no problems with the wait time, and the service was great. Maybe don’t order 5 drinks and expect to be out in two minutes and you’ll have a better experience next time.

Anyways, the new location is very clean and I will be coming back again.

This Starbucks is literally the best. Brea offers such great customer service and the drinks are always made with love. I always come here and I’m never disappointed!
