A great addition to downtown Waterloo! They have great drinks & quite a few fun flavors! I tried both the chocolate chip cookie dough and red velvet cheesecake iced and they were both delicious, red velvet cheesecake is definitely my favorite though! Their açaí bowls are also very tasty, I’ve had the #3 twice now and it’s so good! The owner & staff are very friendly and welcoming! Definitely worth the try!

Was my first time stopping in this morning and the barista was so helpful and kind! It's easy to get overwhelmed when you go to a new coffee place with all the crazy terms and flavors, but the menu was (extremely😊) aesthetically pleasing and easy to understand.

The shop was very clean and the food and drink I got were awesome. There were a lot of choices in case you have dietary restrictions too. Between my sandwich, drink, and acaí bowl, I thought my total would be a lot more - it ended up being less $ than when I get two specialty drinks at Starbucks...and here you are supporting locally owned business (by a 21 year old?!), not a huge corporation. Definitely give it a try!

Acaí bowl- I got the #1- Strawberries, banana, kiwi, & coconut on top. I've honestly never tried acaí but it was great and a refreshing choice for breakfast. I also got the breakfast sandwich on the jalapeño biscuit. The batista said it has a kick if you like spicy food. It definitely has a kick and tasted amazing. A great addition to the Cedar Valley, and dangerous being right by my work 😏

Very clean, centrally located, smells amazing upon entrance, we were greeted immediately and once or order was put in it was at the table within 7 minutes which is amazing. I allot 20 min usually. I am very proud this store is in the community and I dressed like a hobo on purpose and wasn’t treated any differently. This is a five star place with people with good hearts.

Lovely coffee and very friendly staff. Great place to cozy up to a cup of coffee on a rainy day. I tried the Toffee Marshmallow specialty drink and I was a bit hesitant to order it in fear of it being too sweet but I decided to give it a shot and I’m so glad I did! It was perfectly balanced and not a syrupy mess like you might get from the coffee chains in our area! I will definitely be returning here to try out some of the other specialty drinks on the menu

My husband and I are huuuge fans of Savvy Bean!! It’s our favorite little coffee, breakfast date spot. The açaí bowls are the best I’ve tried and they are always so kind and quick to help! Last time we were there, another customer had grabbed our order off the counter and the owner made sure to get us a replacement quickly and even gave us free drink vouchers for our troubles! Top tier customer service, food and drinks! This is a great addition to downtown Waterloo and we hope to see a lot more growth there too!

The savvy bean is a relatively new location in downtown Waterloo. What a gem! Fresh fruit for bowls and smoothies. Served with a smile and yay they have AC. For a hot day, this is a must stop. Will return soon. I recommend the supercharged sunrise smoothie and the #3 acai bowl!

The ladies at Savvy Bean were so interactive with my kids when we stopped in. Allowing them to watch their drinks be made! We highly recommend checking them out!

Always order ahead and pick up, never messed up my order Owner is super nice and even when busy and I am picking up makes a point to say hi. Love this place great addition to the community. Love everything they give back too the community. We need more local places like this.

The Acai bowls are delicious, the best ones are number 1 and number 4. The Lotus energy drinks are also absolutely delicious.

I've always had to-go orders from The Savvy Bean. I get the Americano. I have never been disappointed. Great taste, Fair price, Nice people. Check them out!

Definitely recommend! We tried the cranberry orange muffin tops, yogurt parfaits, and breakfast sandwich in addition to the s’mores latte and everything was impeccable. Including the very kid-friendly staff. We will definitely be back!

Very friendly, warm welcoming environment. I loved the whiskey amaretto iced. I will be returning for another açai bowl. SO fresh So yummy!

Overall just brought a cheerful mood very cute and nice spot even the cups are cute. Definitely enjoyed my experience! After looking around prices are very reasonable and the environment is nice

I visit this place very frequently. I'm VERY picky about my coffee and they have, hands down, the BEST cold brew. WAY better than any big corporation by FAR. So many options and substitutions available! The food is phenomenal, people are friendly, and atmosphere is unmatched.

Breakfast pastries were delicious the staff were really friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks helped me navigate to something I would enjoy the couches were really comfortable would highly recommend stopping in

The best healthy food I've had in a long time. Also it's very nice to dine inside everything was a modern cute set up.
