We come here for my daughter and her friends to play before a sleepover... it is great. I love the employees even if our order is messed up they fixed it immediately. I do enjoy coming here as a treat. They are the best one in the area, I won't go anywhere else unless I have too.👍

Shamrock ☘ shakes are the best!!! The fresh fries 🍟 just out of the oil. Super friendly gals in the drive-thru.

Normina was so friendly and helpful. Fabulous service just moved here from Colorado and messed the order up and Normina was so kind and helpful. What a fabulous restaurant. Thank you Normina!

RV and Semi truck parking at this McDonald's! The first time ever that I have seen this across the Midwest and all the southern US states. We went for breakfast (7am). Staff was pleasant, food was good. The place was very clean and I was amazed at the nice decor. The kids were amazed at the large indoor playplace. We will definitely be back.

Spent almost 11 dollars and received basically nothing in my burritos

It's McDonald's. I like this spot can easily go across the street to truckstop and park here without dealing with crazy town 🙃

When you walk in you are immediately greeted by an associate that had a cheerful tone to her voice. If you prefer, you can order from the self service kiosk inside the building. Food as usual is always good at McDonalds. However what really got my attention was that they have semitruck parking. That is absolutely Awesome. It is directly across the street from a Flying J. This place is awesome.

We stopped in for some food and to use the play place on a Sunday night. There was a handwritten note on one of the registers that about half the staff didn't show up to work so "please be patient". The staff that did show up worked very hard to get all orders to the customers as soon as possible. I really hope the workers who showed up get some type of bonus for getting the job done even at half capacity.

This McDonald's was right on point this morning. Drive up window was happy and polite, my order was hot, prompt, and fresh. I'm very satisfied with my visit. 7/26/23 7:30 am.

I go to this location frequently. They have never once gotten my order wrong or taken too long to bring it out without an extremely valid reason. One of the best locations I've been to.

We did a mobile order. It was quick, hot, and fresh. The young kids working did a great job and seemed to be having a great time. Great place to stop!

I suffer from ASPD, GENERALIZED ANXIETY DISORDER & TOO MANY PHOBIAS TO LIST SO I DON'T LIKE BEING AROUND A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT'S THE ONLY THING I CAN THINK OF THAT WOULD STOP ME FROM SITTING IN THE RESTAURANT ITSELF OTHER THAN THAT IT'S A PERFECT PLACE TO EAT

Very well staffed. We showed up with a bus load of kids at about 130pm. They were very prompt and cordial. I tried to call ahead to warn them but the phone number listed online did not get through to anyone. We were all served quickly and efficiently. We are grateful for a very good experience.

Hands-down, this is the nicest, friendliest McDonald’s in eastern Iowa!

Food was great but I waited forever in the lobby for a medium French fry order. While all the other employees were day dreaming Erika had been running orders nonstop for drive thru. Erika asked me if I had been helped, I said no I've been waiting. Erika went above and beyond to get my order promptly and correctly, she even grabbed the new sauces for me like I asked.
This girl deserves a paid day off for being such a hard worker.

Can in about 20 mins till close after a long drive with about another hour and half left. The fries were made fresh and you could tell the burgers were cooked fresh too. I did not order anything to drink and was told that it would be a few minutes on the fries. So the lady then asked if I wanted a water while I was waiting.

Came at 1:00 on 8/3 on a bus and Reece took everyone's order very quickly and was very nice

First of all you guys had spicy McChickens!!! Store was very clean. Ordered off the kiosk, was having issues, an employee( Maliya) came to assist us. Was very patient with us. Finished up our oder and then continued to do what she needed. Store was slow. She kept us up to date on our order because what we ordered was not cooked already. Everything was hot and fresh! Thank you Maliya! And an extra thank you for the pie! 👌👌

Very good experience here when ordering food, order was right. Clean location. One worker in the seating area was on top of everything, cleaning removing garbage, wiping down tables when people leave, Constantly wiping down the counters making sure they were clean.
