I get lunch here occasionally for work and they're always so nice and speedy. Never have any issues

McDonald's is a good place to eat the food is good the people are ok but they are young and they need a little help with their skills for talking with people thank you Lynda in Croswell Michigan

I always thought Big Mac's tasted the same at most McDonald's but the one I ordered from here was way higher quality. The flavors stood out more and the inside bun was slightly crispy which is much more enjoyable. The staff here is extremely welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere was highly enjoyable!

They've really stepped up here. Daniel is a wonderful asset to the team and very accommodating.
Kate is very kind and helped carry some of our order to the car when we didn't have enough hands.
I had a wonderful experience at my last visit simply because of the two of them. :)

We ALWAYS stop here after my daughters dance class it’s her special day too eat what she wants with out her brothers 💗 she always gets her happy meal with a cheese burger add bacon 🥓 I think they only forgot the bacon once so that’s amazing. We normally go through drive through but we have ate inside a couple times this last month employees are very nice atmosphere is great 😊

My son loves to come here after football and baseball practice. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The other day I was overcharged for a meal. The manager provided me with a refund. No questions asked. It made a very stressful situation seamless. Bravo to Croswell McDonald's!

They always have nice people working at this McD's.

nice people, fast service and they get the order right. The only issue I had was I gave them a gift card I had and cash to cover what the card didn't. The kid used my money first, then the card and handed me the card back with a balance, When I told him he was supposed to use the card first, he just kind of looked at me. Maybe I should have explained it but I didn't think I had to. Other than that it's a good place to go.

I don't like McDonald's. I stopped to get coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Very unusual. The place was super clean. Bathroom too. The people super nice. Gotta give this location props for getting it right. Too bad most all others are trashy and unfriendly. This one was in Croswell MI.

They try, definitely need better speakers at the drive through. Unfortunately service is super slow. Their best employees have gone to Sandusky. Hope they get better soon.

The food we ordered was the best of any McDonald's we've been to that I can remember. A very polite lady took my order, I felt very welcome and will visit again when we get over that way. Great service!

Went through at lunch time and still got through the line quickly! Our food was fresh and correct. The staff was friendly! The spicy chicken is delicious.

It was a pretty nice building for the location. They served me quick and I had my food quickly also. Friendly and an overall good environment.

We are here frequently for drinks or dollar menu snacks, occasionally for breakfast, and a couple times a month for dinner...we rarely have any issues, but if we do they are always quick to fix the issue...super friendly staff and fresh food every time we have been there!!

I never thought I'd say this about a McDonalds meal, especially from the Croswell location, but it was absolutely delicious! I don't know what the new manager is doing but she needs to keep doing it because it's working. The Big Mac was picture perfect, you know the yummy kind that you see in advertisements but never get, and HOT, same as the french fries, and I don't ordinarily order fries because they're always cold. It was all topped off with one tasty apple pie. Going to Croswell McDonalds was always a desperate meal, but not any more. Kudos go out the the new manager and employees. Well done!
