Absolutely best fabric store. The staff are awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. I'm a 60 year old guy. Not your typical sewer or crafter. Been shopping at Joann's forever. Have always been treated like a member of their family. Unlike another craft store that has Lobby in its name, get sneers and odd looks there. Always find everything I need in one trip to Joann, and love the sales and coupons! There's nothing like being able to see and have the tactile experience when shopping for fabric either. Cant get that online.

Clerks are friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Wait times to get material cut and to check out can be long at peak busy periods, so if you need to hurry avoid weekends & early evenings. Selection is excellent & they are usually well stocked.

There are a lot of different types of crafts in the store. I wish they had knowledgeable craft type staff members to help find stuff as I was trying to find something for my wife in the crocheting department. However a really nice fellow shopper help me find a loom and materials so that my wife could start crocheting. So I appreciate her help. But this is a great store for crafts.

Love this store! My friend and I were amazed at how huge the selection of craft items is! They usually have sales, too, so that's a bonus. I have several crafting hobbies, so I will keep buying the things I need here!

i love coming to this location! the ladies in the fabric department (i’ve spoken only with Karen and Terry) are amazing!! everyone i’ve ever interacted with at this store is crafty and funny and personable. they are so knowledgeable and genuinely seem interested in helping with a craft or project. Terry, i am working on my jumpsuit and i can’t wait to bring it in to show you the final piece!

Standard Joann's. The staff here are really kind and go above and beyond to assist you. They offer suggestions on projects, help you maximize coupons, and suggest related items that might be on sale when you shop. Better than Google ads. Though it's a medium sized store, I go here for the great staff.

Joanns has great sales that you often can’t find at craft stores. I love the sales they have on cricut but do often find their stock to be really low. I also wished they carried tumblers and more resin crafting materials.

I found more than I was looking for.
As always the cashier asked me if I found what I was looking for and when I told her no, she directed me back to the right place.
The store associates even know the aisle numbers!
Been shopping here for years and it's my go to store for my constant new crafting ideas.

I called ahead to make sure the products I wanted were in stock because the website kept kicking me to another store further away. Friendly helpful staff checked and verified they had what I was looking for. Definitely will be back. Very much miss having a store in Auburn NY.

Employees were very kind and helpful. They knew exactly where the fabric I needed was, and cut it for me very quickly. Some of the fabric is pretty pricey, but when they have sales it's pretty good.

I absolutely love this store and the management in it. Very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous people who have become friends. The store carries a huge assortment of all kinds of crafts, sewing and quilting supplies. Though I have never had anything framed, this department is huge as well. I can't say enough good about this store, the abundant selection and the staff. AAAA+++++

Well the only reason I went to this particular JoAnn's is because I needed to pick up an online order there of items that weren't available at my normal one. They neglected to email me telling me my order was ready for pickup. Happily it was ready when I grew tired of waiting and called! Sometimes you have to make that "did you by chance misplace my order" call! Anyways, I was amazed at how much bigger this store was than the one I live near!! And the selection of fabrics very different!! Glad I went 👍😊

A multitude of beautiful fabrics and helpful, patient staff ready to be of assistance. It's a delightful experience shopping there and the store offers other craft products too as well as plenty of how to do books and magazines. Enjoy!

The selection is beyond everything I need, and the staff is always amazingly helpful! Russ was my CSR today and he was extremely patient with my large order as well as helping me with bagging! 5 Star employee!

Looked up a frame online and found it very quickly, with the help of Terry, the framing specialist. She was informative and instructional and candid about the products they carry vs. other craft stores. I will be returning.

Clean and easy to find things. It's honestly all I want it of a chain nowadays. The one staff member I saw and interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Great place!

It's a standard JoAnn's, but with a phenomenal framing department. Those artists know what they are doing. I take every custom project there because I can trust the advice to be outstanding.

Otherwise, decently large selection of fabric and yarn for the size of the store. It's my go-to craft store in the Syracuse area.
