Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I've always loved Red Robin. However, the Teriyaki chicken sandwich has gotten so much smaller. The chicken was about half the size it used to be. My husband had the fish and chips, and they were delicious. The fries are always so good.

First time at Red Robin. Got their Royal Red Robin. It was delicious!! Definitely going to go back to grab more bites of their burgers!!

Although, I don’t remember the server’s name, she was such a sweet lady!

First let me start by saying that the customer service we received from the moment we walked in to the farewell at the door as my family of 6 exited the establishment; was phenomenal. The atmosphere and overall aura of the restaurant was very family friendly & comfortable. Our waitress; Miranda was great. She was very attentive and communicative with everyone & their orders in my group. Did not have to ask for anything - usually some things are forgotten or just like napkins, sauces etc she offered those things, if not provided them first. So much more i could list but her service was 10/10. On top of having a stellar waitress, the Manager himself; Nick, stopped over to our table not just during our meals to check in like any other place that may do that; but also initially when we arrived & before we left to ensure our service needs were met and the food was satisfactory. He is definitely taking his managerial skills to the max and doing it well. It speaks volumes just by how the place is run. When all 4 of my kids finish their meals, you know the food was top notch!! So much more I could positively say about this establishment..we will definitely be returning again & often. Have told so many people of our experience aswell. Highly recommended!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Trying this place out.. very good Burgers -too much to eat in one setting, loved the Brussel Sprouts, yummy Root Beer Float and delicious Garlic Fries... FAST SERVICE too! We will be back!

I have to say whenever I am in Fayetteville I Love to go to Red Robins to Eat !!
I like their Whiskey River BBQ burger ! Those crispy onions they put in with the burger and BBQ sauce together just make a great combo!
Also got the tower of onion rings to share with my sister.
FYI : mix the two sauces that come with it together and it tastes great !!
Splurged and got dessert and had a slice of the Freckled Lemonade Cake ! So worth the calories !! It's a decadent moist cake layered with lemon buttercream and on top is a layer of lemon curd and bits of white chocolate,and topped with Strawberry sauce. 😋🤤🫶🫶

We had a great time at this Red Robin. This chain never disappoints and you always know you will have a great meal. Our waitress was super friendly and happy to get us whatever we wanted without any delay.

Fayetteville red robin is top tier for this type of food and atmosphere. Definitely bring the kids. They also have bottomless mac n cheese if you have a little one who can't get enough of it

Okay, first of all I don't think I ever realized how genuinely good red robin is. And second, JESUS CHRIST, RED ROBIN IS GENUINELY GOOD. Red robin has always had a special place in my heart. When I was very little I loved the corn doggies (mini corn dog bites) on their kids menu. And personally I think they still hold up. I love their Oreo milkshakes, and also they make their milkshakes fresh. And there's always like an entire extra milkshake they give you in the mixer. A highlight for me is the crispy chicken sandwich, absolutely delicious. And I can't talk about red robin without mentioning the bottomless fries, just impeccable. And last but not least (menu wise) is the red robin original seasoning at each table. If you haven't ever tried it, you are missing out.

Now I'll move past the menu and focus on the service and general atmosphere. The service is usually quick and they have little tablets so you don't have to ask for a check. The atmosphere is also really nice. A lot of cool modern art litterly on every wall. Some of the art is a little too patriotic for my taste, but whatever floats your boat.

The only bad thing I think this place really has, and keep in mind this is really nit-picky. But the only bad thing is that it is also a ghost kitchen. If you don't know what that is, I would recommend the hilarious and informative video about the topic.

I was excited to write this review. Red Robin’s point-of-sale system was amazing providing fast service. The food arrived quickly, our waitress was amazing with the perfect amount of interaction, and the food was excellent. The bottomless garlic fries are amazing! Now they have an upside-down pineapple shake. I would definitely recommend this for a fun delicious place to eat!

Food was great. Service was quick and friendly. We were seated at a dirty booth but were able to move to a clean table.

One of my all time favorite burger places since I was a kid. Went here again the other day after years of not going and they’re still the best in my opinion. And I definitely can’t complain about bottomless sides, especially now that I’m pregnant and have a good appetite. They’re reasonably priced and their dessert is to die for as well. I will always count on them if I want a good burger/meal.

This has become my go-to place since moving here to Syracuse. Great burgers, chicken tenders, and beer. Prices are decent. Riley is a sweetheart. I try to visit twice a week; highly recommend.

Tried the Brussel Sprouts and, of course, the onion rings. Excellent as always, as well as the tavern burgers. Definately one of my favorite places to eat!

Staff was super attentive and quick! Food was amazing! My 10 and 8 year old had the Crispy Chicken and Bacon Burger, respectively. I tried the Wedgie Burger and it was tasty! Loved the guacamole on it!

I ordered from Active Menus for pick up. The food was excellent! I would definitely order again!

My family loves to come here for dinner and we have been here for lunch once and it was still great! Every time we come here the servers are nice, and the drinks and food are always great! They must have good management here, and it’s a guaranteed good time the whole way around when you stop here!

The red robin gourmet cheeseburger and impossible burger are awesome. Paradise punch was good too! Staff is warm and enthusiastic, especially Derek :)

Food is really good! As of right now they don't accept apple pay. Not sure why just letting you know!

You won't go hungry here, and the staff are right on top of everything - refills even before you get a chance to empty your glass. Need more fries (or another side)? Before you have had a chance to finish yours, they are asking. Good burgers, good service, what more do you need?
