Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have never had bad service at this Chipotle. The staff is always friendly. This particular order I walked in and placed my order and took it to go. I have ordered through the app in the past as well as dined in at this location. I can never finish my burrito bowl so I always have leftovers for the next day.

Have had good experiences here for years. My food is always delicious and flavorful, never dull not even one time.

I'm currently eating and it is so good, that I had to come here and leave a 5 star.

I love their guacamole. The people are also nice. They provide great service.👍👍👍👍 Recently we went there and it wasn't good. I was shocked . The servings were small.

I've had a lot of problems with Chipotle locations getting orders wrong, but never the Elyria store. They are reliable, accurate and it's always ready when I get there. They obviously know what they are doing and do not cut corners.

Im biased... I love Chipotle.. always a good experience except the new red sauce is too damn hot.. bring back original

Good customer service, good food, only complaint would be tables need wipes off a little more often.

Hello foodies Steven here I I just ordered a smoked brisket oh my gosh is this freaking awesome so tasty and it's such a good flavor of the smoke brisket definitely will be back again straight 15 on the scale everything is so fresh here while the picoksauce is out of this world the lettuce is nice and crisp the right the white wine rice is outstanding I'm telling you please don't get rid of this smoke brisket hands down nice little bit of crunch to it. It is stupid awesome. And unbelievable seriously this is outstanding it's so fresh

I don't often leave reviews, but i had good service, good food and a friendly staff for an early September afternoon. Very appreciative if the hospitality!

This location was an amazing experience especially after being constantly disappointed by my home city chipotle, the food was amazing, so was the service, the employees seemed happy which helps with the environment, they where kind and quick. Can’t wait to go back!

I live in Amherst but 9 times out of 10 I go to Elyria because the service and food quality is worth the drive… Last night Daniel was phenomenal at getting the orders out even through it was extremely busy. His excellent customer service and positive, friendly attitude make a world of difference in that store. I HIGHLY recommend this location.

The bowl is skimpy , need to listen better to the customer! Charged me for my guacamole and it comes with the veggie bowl ! Attitude was not good ! I want to be treated good too !

We order dinner online from the Turnpike. It was ready and hot. Thank you Team Elyria. 😊 We will be back on our next trip to Chicago. I ate half for dinner and finished it off my bowl 🥣 for breakfast 😋 I'm happy.

We went for lunch and the food was delicious! Everyone working here was very nice and I especially liked the music playing! This was by far the best Chipotle experience I have had in a long time!

The food is AMAZING. Staff was very nice and understanding. The lines can be a bit long but it's worth it. They do have vegetarian and vegan options as well, so there is something for everyone. The chips they offer at the end are lime flavored and very salty, so be aware of that not your cup of tea! Guac on your main meal is extra cash, so be aware. It's easy to see from the road, so you won't miss it, and there is outdoor seating for pleasant days. They do sell alcohol there as well. Always bringing out fresh food? Yes they are! Highly recommend!

Delicious fresh food. Always seem to have a long line but you get in and out pretty quickly considered. Very fast paced workers, they are efficient and precise. Quite friendly and have great customer service. They will help with any issues or problems you may have at the drop of a hat to make sure you're getting exactly what you want/need.

Service was incredible; servers were really nice, polite, talkative, funny. We were waited on quickly, even tho there was a line when we walked in. Plenty of parking.

They really got better, cleaner, nicer. The one girl offered me to try the mild salsa because I wasn't sure if I wanted anything to spicy. Lots of food, great service.

I brought a client here not long ago who is non verbal. The staff were all incredibly patient as we worked through through choices, gave my client the biggest smiles, and she really enjoyed herself. So, thank you.
