Pizza Hut

It was empty, but also a Sunday night. Place looked good, employees were pleasant and the food tasted as expected. Marinara sauce was good but not a big deal. Not much else to ask for. You go in expecting Pizza Hut, you leave with Pizza Hut.

I've never had any problems here, the food is hot and fresh.

Never been disappointed in anything we've gotten there. Today we ordered a Pizza Box deal (square medium pizzas) and got this. Not only was it cute they put that, but it was a super good pizza 😁

I ate here with my family a few days ago. The food was good. The service was amazing. I spoke with a woman, Jeannie, to pass on the pleasant experience. Nowadays, good service and food are hard to come by. Thanks, Jeannie, keep up the good work!

I would like to say and extra super special thanks and commandments to Gabrielle and Toni at the pizza hut easy broad street location. They were so great and helpful, kind and hard working employees who should be praised for their courtesy , and complete care to my order, making sure everything was made to the best quality that pizza hut has to offer , as well as the hard work I specifically saw while awaiting my order for pick up. Both these employees should be giving raises , or at least employee of the month consideration. Thank you Gabrielle and Toni for making this last visit to pizza hut the best experience I've ever had. Absolutely Best Pizza Hut I've been too. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Definitely ordering here again and will be bringing my daughter to the buffet here.

We have a choice of 4 Pizza Huts within 15 minutes of us but always choose this location. The pizza always tastes better. When I have gone to different locations my family can tell.

Second time must be a charm. Perfect pizza and delicious and piping hot. Perfect delivery service with a (masked) smile! I would order again. Changed to five stars! This was my former review: Although my pizzas tasted delicious my stomach did not agree with something. Second time purchasing - no stomach issues this time. Delicious pizza!

Every delivery employee we’ve ever had from here is always awesome! Always good & quick delivery and rarely, if ever, make any mistakes despite the countless orders we’ve made from here. Charles delivered our pizza just the other day and was very personable, polite, and prompt with our delivery. Keep up the great work, no one out pizzas this hut!

The pizza was magnificent. It arrived hot and looked perfect. The ingredients were the freshest that I've ever had in my life. The delivery service was very fast and the driver was polite and friendly.

I went in not knowing if we could place an order at the register. It was a see it want it kind of decision. So I go in and the young gentleman took my order and I let him know I would wait out in the parking lot. He told me it would be 15 minutes. As I was getting ready to go in to get my order there was the young man waiting with it. I did not expect that! So thank you to Scott for being so nice and courteous today.

I was greeted quickly and with a huge smile from the employee. She was very nice and did remind me not to forget my diet pepsi on the way out. My personal pizza and cheesy bread was hot and yummy!

Doordash lost my order/delivered to the wrong person but Pizza Hut was able to remake my order and deliver it themselves. They have Great customer service. The food tasted great and I will definitely order again!

The lunch buffet is always great and the waitress always does a fantastic job.

It says something when you see multiple people that stay for 10+ years.

I ordered pizza online a couple weeks ago. It called for my pizza to be here 30 to 45 minutes. My pizza did not arrive for an hour and a half. I never called to complain because I realize life is a little crazy at this time. However pizza hut on their own acknowledged the mistake and made it right by sending a coupon for a free large pizza to my email!!!! Thank you pizza hut.

Great essential pizza restaurant with relaxed atmosphere

This Pizza Hut is hands down the best one in the Lorain County area. They always get our order correct, and we have never had a pizza which wasn't anything but amazing! The staff have also been friendly, and helpful. They always show us our pizza/pizzas before we leave to be sure that we were satisfied. I would recommend ordering from this location over any others!

The buffet was excellent with a terrific selection of different kinds of pizza. The service was excellent too.
