Thank you for the information you provided about my new 45C. Prior calls to the service department provided me with enough information to picture a large bill for a problem that you identified as a normal occurrence for the 45C hydro static transmission. I called New Windsor Hoober this morning because I badly needed to get my 50-year-old IH to start ASAP. Brian Gott took the time to hunt down the reman starting motor I might be needing and to find a quick way to get it to me. Big relief. I really appreciate his friendly, efficient service. Outstanding service and professionalism! I've worked extensively with Brian Lease in the Parts Dept and he always goes the extra mile to find the parts you need. That includes the hard to find discontinued parts for older equipment as well. It's nice to know that in this day and age, this is one place u can go still and get great customer service!

So I was out clearing the snow storm of 2018 when my tractor started smoking black smoke heavily. I called Brian Gott the manager and asked him what my problem was He wasn't even at work but he took time to patiently help me ! he solved my problem over the phone explaining to me that my air filter was saturated with water Getting me back to work with no lost time what great customer service !

This company and in particular Brian Lease go the extra mile. We needed a sprocket for a case 200 hayrake. Brian identified the model and got things moving to see if he could find a replacement for us. He stayed with it and located a brand new part. He is now having it shipped to us. Polite, knowledgeable and helpful describe Brian to a T. Thank you!

I have a late 1970s IH 184 Loboy. The customer support I received from the parts staff (Tom and Brian) the two times I've needed assistance was much better than expected. They returned my phone call, took time to help me isolate the potential issue, and sent me the correct parts the first time. The operator/receptionist was also courteous and able to convey the information to the parts department quickly and efficiently. Hoober has won me as a customer. I will recommend them and I will buy from them again.
