My go to liquor store. Nice selection, awesome people run it.

This will be the best beer, wine, liquor and lottery store you can find in Carroll County. I live on the north end and I travel down to this store specifically for the customer service. I will always get my products here over my local stores as most are very rude around the north end. It is always friendly and helpful. Most product is labeled with a price, they will honor the price on it within reason and Mr Lee is in the store to ask if something is not marked. I don’t even mind showing my ID every time I come through just to hear him say I just made it. Which makes this business very pleasant to show ID. Very pleasant to work with and if you buy a lot he will help carry out and box up for you. Mr Lee also strives to help find and get what he can for inventory and will be very honest if he can’t get something. Usually he keeps trying to get something so if you ask for something he doesn’t have, if you come back the next month he might have it. I make the assumption that the lady who works with him is his wife, she is also very easy to work with and one time I had to bring my son in with me and she offered him a lolly pop. He was so excited. Thanks again for the great service you do. I will always shop here.

This is the best liquor store in carroll county! Friendly! Prices are fair and lots of choices in seltzer and craft brews!

I absolutely love this store. The owner always carries my goods out for me. They take great care of their customers. If they don't have what you want just ask them and he will get it in for you if he can. They always have a smile for you too. Great people, great service, great business! 6 stars!

Decent pricing with a good sized selection (several varieties of beer, liquor, wine and other beverages) Sells MD lottery and has a huge selection of MD scratch-offs. This store is located on the North bound side of route 27 at the route 26 (Liberty road) intersection. So during rush hours getting out of the parking lot can take a few minutes to wait to be let out by traffic.
I have visited this store many times over the years and it is always the same gentleman working (I assume he is the owner) and he is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of his products!
I would recommend this location to anyone who is in the area or is driving through to stop here for your adult beverages :)

Lee One of the busiest guys I’ve ever seen and always helpful and friendly. I’m disable with multiple issues with replacement shoulders neck and back issues and a major stroke, His store is the one and only one not to mention he has the cheapest prices that you’ll ever find, he takes his Time to carry my 30 pack of my Coors light that I purchased regularly out to my car and put it in for me without asking, And he won’t even take a tip as he hurries back to help the next customer. Please tell me where you find someone out there these days he do that for you, if you do make sure you stay loyal as I always will be My Friend Lee, I hope you read this because you know who I am, CORY. by the way is still deployed and says hi to you from somewhere out in a war zone-stay safe friend-Doug.

Mr Lee is a great person. Easy to talk with and friendly. He has an outstanding selection and his prices are comparable to everywhere. Buy local.

Always a pleasure going to the cork bar. The family that runs the business are always polite and friendly at helping you find what you need. They also have lottery there. You can even sit down and play a game of keno if you like.

If you are looking to buy a drink on any day, then Cork & Bottle Inc in Westminister is the place. When what you are looking for is out of stock, they give u hope of coming back the next day and or may ask of your contact only if u want it every other time you come in to buy liquor.
