I’ve owned a condo for five years now in one of the communities managed by Victory Management and have had nothing but positive experiences with the company. The times I’ve had to deal with them they’ve been kind, responsive, and actually quite informative. Would definitely recommend to any community looking for a property manager!

My property Kary at Victory was very helpful! We had a minor emergency in our unit and as soon as we got ahold of her she sent out her best subcontractor for the situation! Within the hour he was there and managed to get the problem solved. This is our first home and we didn’t even know what to do! Thank goodness she was was able to walk us though the process and even followed up with us to make sure everything was taken care of!

I once lived in a community managed by Victory. They were the ONLY company that could get any sense of order to our otherwise hornet's nest of a community. Was the medicine painful to get things in order? Yes! However, it was needed because without them I'm sure the community would have fallen apart. Victory also took us on when no one else wanted us. The community owes a debt of gratitude to Vicki and staff. Mirga was a pleasure to work with and I thank them again for their dedication to our very difficult situation or community.

Victory Management is a wonderful company. The managers and assistants are very responsive. They care about the communities. The managers are knowledgeable and can assist with any issue the homeowners and community may have. Someone is always available to assist; even during after hours, there is an emergency line. I think it is important to have people that care about the homeowners and listen to the board of directors, which they do.

I am a contractor who has worked with Victory Management for the last 3-4 years, and I have to say they are by far the best management company that we do work for. They are fantastic to us as a contractor, and stay on top of all of the requests and the work that they send our direction. They are always putting their clients best interests first, and have no problem making sure we are doing our job!

I have worked with Victory Management for the past 3 years. I've never had a negative experience. If I'm unable to reach my property manager by phone, I can simply press 0 to get to a receptionist who will find someone in their office who is available to help me! They are very responsive to emails and help clarify a lot of questions any average, first time, HOA homeowner would have. They also have a private website, managed by them, where you can send emails, review community documents and automatically pay your fees! Very convenient! They also have an emergency line, so a leak at 3am?! No problem! Call their emergency service and they will get you help right away! I've learned a lot about what effects property value just from the inspections and it's helped me keep my home in top shape so when I do decide to move, I will get the most for my effort. I've worked with Victory Management for the past 4 years and the promptness to which they respond to their customers needs is unmatched! They are extremely professional and when an issue arises at one of their properties they jump right on it. I would highly recommend them to any condominium/apartment building looking for a great property management company to meet all their needs!

Coming from a management company that couldn't address our community's needs, where we as board members found ourselves doing more of the management's work than the management company itself did, moving to Victory has been a blessing. Although our transition to Victory is very new, so far, Victory has treated our community as if we are the only one they serve. Victory has addressed many of our community's needs during our first month working with them, where we had found took our other management company many months to do, if it was ever done. The transition to Victory was seamless and I would highly recommend switching to this company if you are looking for one that will meet your community's needs in a timely manner.

Since 2008, I have owned in Aspen Park HOA. Victory has been an asset to our community and has helped the Board accomplish a lot. When I have called into Victory, I simply dial 0 and get to speak to a live person, who has been able to quickly answer my questions. My assigned property manager has addressed complaints with professionalism and good knowledge of MD law. In addition, they perform regular inspections and this keeps the neighborhood looking great!!!

I lived at Severn House for three years which is managed by Victory after living in two other communities managed by other companies. Victory was by far the most responsive and professional. I think owners forget that they themselves elect a Board of Directors which makes the decisions in the community. Managers only do what they are told - by the Board. I used to serve on a Board and it is a thankless job.

I have lived in Admirals Reach for the past 5 years and have had many interactions with Victory. I have found our property manager accessible, helpful and well versed in MD Condo Law. Victory has been instrumental in keeping this a highly sought out community.

Victory has always been professional and responsive when dealing with our rental property. I have had no issues over the past several years and they've been pleasant to deal with.

As it being my first time working with a property mgmt. Co. I would like to say anytime I have called with an issue, it has promptly been resolved and have been very polite on the phone.
