We were very impressed with the overall quality of the service and the cleanliness of the location. All the workers seem to have a very good attitude. The orders were very accurate and quite prompt. The location was great. The restrooms were clean. We were overall, quite impressed. Glad to recommend the location. Looks like it has a great deck on the outside. It also has a nice little conference room.

I wanted to thank the employees of carbondale Starbucks for being so kind today.
We were taking our elderly do, Kori, out on a bucket list trip today, and she got her first ever PupCup, which she LOVED ❤.
When I mentioned to the server at the window that we were unfortunately having to put her to sleep tomorrow due to irreversible health issues the kind girl got Kori some goodies for her trip today!

Consistent, efficient, & quality service at this location; especially, the personal service from the staff as directed by the very on-hands manager (operational consistency not found at other local coffeehouses). I order a double espresso macchiato + every time and they deliver high quality drinks & food, precisely with friendliness (not too much - just right for the time of day) and a comfortable coffeehouse environment..a true benefit for this community.

I had the pleasure of being served by J.D. at Starbucks, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. J.D. was not only friendly but also incredibly professional throughout my visit.

From the moment I walked in, J.D. greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. They patiently answered all my questions about the menu and helped me choose the perfect coffee and Sand witch!

What stood out most about J.D. was their professionalism. They efficiently handled a busy line of customers with grace, ensuring that everyone received their orders promptly and accurately. It was clear that J.D. takes their role seriously and is dedicated to providing excellent service.

Overall, my interaction with J.D. made my Starbucks visit a memorable one. Their friendly demeanor and professionalism are a credit to the Starbucks team, and I look forward to returning for another coffee with their exceptional service in mind. Kudos to J.D. for making my day a little brighter!

Already the best Starbucks in Southern IL. The new team is so nice and the new store is immaculate.

Love drive thru but inside is really friendly, people here are so nice.

The quality of service is amazing over there. I just wish Starbucks not this location but Starbucks itself did not take away very berry hibiscus it was my favorite drink to get in the summer because milk upsets my stomach in the summer. But you will love your experience at this location

Have never had anything bad from here. Their breakfast sandwiches are amazing

Consistency is key and this Starbucks location has consistently great service and great coffee.

This location is a sight for sore eyes. Coffee is always good and consistent. Indoor area is inviting and clean. I didn’t like Starbucks before going to this place. Not sure what they do but I like it!

Extremely quick drive through even when backed up to the road.

The staff is courteous and polite even at 5:00 AM.

This spot is awesome!!! Staff are extremely friendly and accurate as it pertains to your order. I have never had a bad experience at this store and will definitely keep buying my morning mochas from this location. The Starbucks in our local Kroger used to be good but now more closely resembles Dante's Inferno than a Starbucks. Save yourself the time and frustration and just hit this location for all of your coffee needs!

They are very friendly! I live in West Frankfort and I will drive to Carbondale just to go to this Starbucks! My coffee is always made correctly!

The drinks were as great as usual and the building looks great. The only problem I had is I was going through the drive thru and some guy had the nerve to get out of the car, bang on my car’s window and yell at me that he was in line already. Crazy how rude people can be over something as small as that. Other than that, it was great.

Sophia was great! My boyfriend wanted something they were out of but Sophia was very quick witted and offered a wonderful substitute that we wouldn't have came up with on our own. Green tea Frappuccino with with coconut milk and dragonfruit! We loved it! Our new go-to :) thank you sophia

I always get excellent service here.

Happy to see a new location pop up in Carbondale after so long and it's always busy but it takes almost no time to get through the line inside or drive thru. Friendly staff that are always serving coffee with a smile.

Employees are always so chipper and friendly! My drink order is usually pretty easy, so they never mess it up! Would gladly return :)
