Ben was awesome! He runs a great business, was upfront with quotes before starting any work, extremely thorough and returned my lawn mower within 7 days of picking it up. Pick up and delivery charges were extremely reasonable. He provided an itemized invoice and was transparent with all services that were required. I have nothing but great things to say about Ben and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for lawn mower servicing!

For a one-man operation, Ben is the man was very thorough and fixing my lawn mower when above and be on and did extra sharpening the blade cleaning it and going over some of the problems that I could have in the future if I you know don't do certain things so definitely recommend bringing any small engine repair to this man. Hands down probably the best service I've ever had

Excellent customer service. Had a problem with my snowblower. Had a jammed impeller and broken shear pins. I called Forrestall tool repair. Ben called me right back and he came and picked up my machine that day. Delivered it back 3 days later and explained everything that was done. He even took the time to make sure everything else on it was checked out. Runs like a charm now. He is extremely knowledgeable and his rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend calling him with any small engine and tool repair.

I couldn't get my snowblower started so they came and picked it up, and delivered, to my house. They did a thorough job, taking the time to go over it with a fine toothed comb. Also, when they dropped off they gave me many pointers on how to take care of it. Very satisfied with the service, pick up and delivery. Highly recommend.

Ben did a nice job fixing my snow blower in the midst of a snowstorm. He picked up, fixed it and returned it back. Helped me understand the problem inside out and gave me lots of tips so that I don't run into it again. His prices are very fair too. I highly recommend.

Unbelievable Service!!!
I bought a ride on mower from Forrestall Tool Repair in. August 2020. In May of 2021 the tractor would not start. I sent Ben a FB message. We walked through a couple steps. Still no start. Ben said he could be at my house in 15 minutes.
Holy Smoking Ashtrays!!! It Saturday late afternoon and you are going to make a house call?!!
After figuring out a part broke. He said he would bring the machine back to his shop and fix it. What?!! I cannot believe the service!!!!
I said no rush. Ben said I will be right back.
When He left with my machine I went inside and told my wife. She said wow!!! What Great service!!!
Ben brought back my riding lawn mover back in about an hour fixed!!! Boom!!!
