They have a new breakfast sandwich it's a sausage egg and cheese Empanada it is the tops you got to eat one it's just amazing it melts in your mouth makes you feel good I had gone to the dungeons off Exit 5 up on Dunstable the employee had a very pleasant attitude the place was clean but the sandwich itself was amazing really go try and let me know if you like it

Homeless guy out front started stripping. Dinner and a show. Good drink, stale donut.

I had hardly any money. Thought I had enough change to buy a donut,but was short about 10 or 15 cents. The lady waiting on me said to give her what I had, and she would take care of the rest. Now who would do that these days. She's an angel.

I’m not sure who took care of me but it was three ladies there today at 3pm and they made my coffee perfectly and were very helpful all around. Also very fast and efficient. This location also had good variety of baked goods when I went at this time. Great job!

I always buy my bags of coffee there. The people are very nice. Place is always clean. A great DD

Best dunkin's in the area as far as east/west Hollis goes, coffee made right no mistakes had a long line and it still moved fast!

The customer service here is absolutely incredible! We asked to exchange our coffee from another location that made a mistake and not only did they exchange it with no problems, they even waited for us to try it before leaving and dumped the wrong coffees for us.The manager and Window cashier worker were professional, polite, and went above and beyond to be kind. The world needs more hardworking, kind hearted workers like them! Wish I was able to get their names to properly recognize them for outstanding service! Made our stressful day much better!

Best drive thru service I have encountered in a long while Nicole is always super happy and friendly. There are days that I actually look forward to seeing her positivity.

I come in all the time and am always lucky enough to be helped by Luis which is the main reason for my continued stops here. With so many dunkins options there are several closer to me but I never get better service than from my guy Luis

Very well managed Dunkins! The Coffee is always hot, the service is always friendly and the restaurant is always spotless. The reason why I say it is well managed mainly is due to the staff. There is always a nice flow of employees. They all seem to be team players and the managers are right there getting involved with the customers. The lines are always moving and they really do a sensational job with their customers. I just got back from ordering coffee for my staff and the young lady Sarah was very helpful and all the drinks were made in a timely manner with no mistakes.

To the 2 young ladies who helped my son and I around 230 on Friday April 1. You are AMAZING!!! Kind, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. Please teach ALL young people in customer service job to be JUST LIKE YOU

I go here daily and have been for the last 2 years and they are pretty good with getting my order correct.always very polite..some days and time are slower than others but we are only human..this is my favorite coffee shop period...

All the workers at this location are very nice . And always make my coffee right and take my order correctly Everytime .🙏 However Kathy is one of the good workers that stood out too me . She's very sweet and is very consistent.

There's always a good team of people at this Dunkin Donuts! At least when I go there. My coffee and/or food is always right and quickly made. The employees are pleasant and respectful. I would absolutely recommend this Dunkin Donuts over any of the other ones in the Nashua area easily!!!

Stopped in for a cappuccino for the road before an appt. After I left, I noticed mine was not made right. Because I was already too far away to turn back, I decided to stop back by on my way home. The shift leader was very understanding and without hesitation he remade my cappuccino and apologized for the inconvenience. I was very thankful and he made my day because of his kindness and eagerness to help. Thank you very much afternoon shift leader. I will be using this Dunkins again on a regular basis. Next time, I'll take a sip before I go so no one is inconvenienced.

Always quick. I've never gotten to the window and been told "oh I'm sorry we have run out of this." Employees are always kind and personable.

Fast, efficient service with masks! Very happy! Had to go for free donut day of course! This is one of the best Dunkin's in Nashua. I stop here whenever I drive by that area of town.

This dunkin donuts is a really great place. Customer service is great and the employees work quickly and efficiently. The only thing I wish that would change is the prices.
