This shop is amazing. It’s tailored to people who love vaping and don’t want to smoke cigarettes! I’m visiting from California and ran out of my juice. They had the exact juice i needed and were very welcoming friendly.

Guss and the store as a whole are great… very good prices as well. Most of the other stores around are either purposely or unknowingly selling fake juices and devices. Not here. Reward program is very cool too. I drive up from MA to this place only. Thanks Gus.

I am a smoker and have been wanting to get a vape to potentially make the switch, but I have been anxious to get started because I know next to nothing about vaping.
I saw the reviews for this place that said "great place for women and beginners" and I happen to be both, so I figured why not?
I was not disappointed. The man working was so helpful. He helped me pick out a vape, with different recommendations, and explained everything about it. He was super kind, knowledgeable, and helpful and I'm very grateful.
10/10, highly recommend. Amazing customer service, selection and staff.

I went to arcus vapors for the first time yesterday to find a new disposable vape. The gentleman i spoke with was absolutely incredible. Very personable and i couldnt believe the extent of his knowledge about any questions i had. The ONLY place to go for all your vape needs in the NE MA/SE NH area. Employees are incredibly kind and knowledgeable and this is the only shop I can 100% trust to sell me authentic vape products no matter what I pick off the shelf. Highly recommend 👍

I stopped here when I was visiting the area looking for a specific Crave Bar flavor which they didn’t have BUT the guy working let me know there had been a lot of counterfeit Craves in the area and showed me how to check for authenticity…a month later i just purchased one locally where i live and turns out it’s a fake! So thank you so much for educating me on this!

This place is second to none. The customer service and interaction you receive as a customer top notch. They are knowledgeable, interested in their customers, and make you feel valued. They can recommend things based off your requests, and have everything in-house, it’s fresh, it’s legitimate, and the entire purchase experience is rememberable. I couldn't recommend this place enough! I wish I could give a higher rating! First off the staff is incredible! Gus is so knowledgeable and always goes above and behind to help you, and so is the person who anwsers their Facebook Messages (i believe it is the owner). Not only do they have an amazing staff they also have great products. They will literally order you whatever vape product you are looking for and they never charge you extra for it! I drive 1 and a half hours (one way) just to go here that is how good they are! Definitely check them out! 10 out of 10!

Always very helpful and professionally managed. I have been to many shops like this over the years and Arcus is my go to. The staff will remember your face and are always willing to give advice and answer questions. They are also excellent about carding folks so underage kids do not get hooked on nicotine. Cannot recommend highly enough.

It is difficult to have an experience so good that I want to leave a review, but this place is excellent. Been coming to this shop for a while, but yesterday the man I assume is the owner, gave me a long and thorough walkthrough of which device would be best for me. Friendly and informative conversation. Clearly enjoys helping customers, holds tons of relevant knowledge, patience and good product availability as well. If you're looking for a vape shop in the area, definitely give Arcus Vapors a shot.

Awesome shop. Super friendly and knowledgeable crew. Always following COVID protocols as do the customers. The owner knows me by name as do a few of the team members. They don't try to upsell you into rigs or mods you don't want or need. They listen and guide you in the right direction. If I have a flavor I'm looking for and they don't carry it, they've been happy to order what I want for me if they're able too. Don't shop anywhere else for your needs. These folks will take good care of you!

Best vape shop ever. I drive an hour and spend three hundred plus a month here. These people are the kindest most helpful people ever, even took my vape home to fix it free of charge when I was having issues. They take care of their good customers!

Great crew here, they really know their stuff and always give good suggestions. I even have had them tell me not to buy a mod just because I wanted to, which made me rethink buying a new until I needed it. These are the type of people that I like doing business with. They're not just looking for an easy dollar
