The customer service here is so amazing and the store is very clean American or may I say Union city runs on dunkin

I love going to this Dunkin. Great coffee and service.They are renovating the lobby so the atmosphere should be even better inside. Looking forward to seeing the changes.

Owner doesn't speak much English, but is a very kind man. Coffee is always good.

Awesome place loved it. The customer service was fantastic at one of the busiest hours. This place will be my regular visited stores.

I am so pleased. I tried the chai latte and apple cider munchkins. The sign said they paired well together, and that was SO true! Their customer service was also wonderful because the guy taking our order gave us time to look at the menu and was very friendly. Thank you! What a great way to start the day!

Best spot to get fast service.

I commend the two ladies working in there at the time. There were many customers particularly through the drive-thru and they handled the rush well. I had to wait a short while but not too long. The barista made my drink hot and fast. I enjoyed the excellent service and my latte was extremely delicious.

Customer service is great. Their signature drink caramel craze iced latte was soooooo good. Many varieties of ice cream too. They even got a non dairy chocolate fudge. How convenient is that?

I came in a week prior to my daughter’s birthday wanting to get a custom cake. My daughter loves LOL dolls and her birthday was going to be that theme. When I arrived the manager (sorry can’t remember his name) came to assist me. Although they did not have a template, he assure me his cake decorated would be able to make the cake with the LOL design. Not only did the cake turn out beautifully done, she also sent me a picture so I could preview it. My daughter loves her cake and it made her day. She even requested to have the same cake next year and she’s 5. The entire experience was great and the cake decorated and manager were very professional and accommodating. I will definitely be back for the next family member’s birthday cake and for coffee.

They were short staffed and have a sign posted. It read something like if you run out patience then ask for an application. I meant to take a picture of it, but I was stunned 😲

Freshest food of any Dunkin in south west Atlanta. Two other ones closer to me but i always go here

I love my Dunkin, the customer service is always excellent. My only gripe is the location of the driveway. Cars are regularly blocking the exit, trying to join the drive through line.

Update: Need more staff weekends and evenings, on more than one occasion it's skeleton crew, doubling/tripling wait times.

I just Came from there ! Ordered from the inside and this sweet hearted guy took my order. I didn’t get his name but he’s really nice and was quick with taking our order and getting us out! he deserves a raise in my opinion. I hope He stays blessed!

The staff are so nice and my drinks ate made right. I'm sorry but DD on old national is what got me taking the extra miles to this store

Love 💘 union city location. Sam & Zahra laid a great foundation & i never have to question whos on coffee in the morning. I pass the sth Fulton & Fulton indus. Locations because I knw they will always have it right. The customer service is great in their absence.

I go here from time to time for ice cream (drive thru).
The girls are always nice. Area is a little sketchy though.

I should have asked for the employee’s name but I stopped by on 11/10/2019 at around 2:15pm. The girl at the counter was extremely helpful and gave outstanding customer service. Great store with great people working there. Thanks!

This location in Union City is consistently amazing! I never ever have any issues here. The employees are always smiling, polite, and professional.

This place always has fresh coffee and a smile. I've never gone into this particular Dunkin and had a bad experience. As for the fairburn location. Burnt coffee everytime. Will probably come here from now on!!!

Didn't get all I reserved online, had to go back and get the rest of my order, after I left, my bad should have checked before I left, but they made it good. Good help is hard to find these days.
