Hash is an outstanding representative for Verizon. Over the years I have been in many Verizon stores and he is the very best I have come across. He is friendly, patient, and explains everything thoroughly.

Anthony was really patient and gave me great service. If he was an employee of mine I would give him a bonus or increase his hourly!!

I walked in about hour before closing and was greeted by Sarah. Sarah helped activate my new phone and even stayed after closing time to make sure it worked! I really appreciated that because I know when it’s closing time I’d want to go home asap. She was friendly and professional and didn’t make me feel like a burden to keeping her. I would definitely recommend going to her for any kind of help.

Maria was awesome!!! My experience with Maria was A++++. It wasn’t a sale it was a great conversation. I would Recommend her to anyone I know trying to make a purchase of a new phone or an upgrade. Kudos to Maria🙏🏼🙏🏼

Sarah was her name and she was wonderful! Stood on the phone with customer service until the problem was solved, took awhile because I’m of the older generation 😁 and bless her lil heart she was very kind and patient. Good job Miss Sarah

I think this is going to sound like a totally fake review, but it is not!!
I had the absolute best service with a sales person there by the name of Hash!
I first went in on a busier day and he was doing his absolute best to accommodate everyone as quickly as possible. He was the only one there and was able to really keep his cool even when people were losing a little bit of their patience. He kept a smile on his face and try to keep everything upbeat. All in all everybody left with what they needed…😃
He had to order a phone for me and I was so appreciative when two days later he called me to tell me that the shipment had come in and I could pick up my new iPhone.
I picked up my phone he help me transfer all my data and taught me a few things with regards to syncing my watch etc.
As new people walked in he was quick to recognize them and let them know that he would be with them shortly.
Hash needs a raise! He was the only person when there today as well as the last time I was in and he just kept things flowing!
This was the best experience I’ve ever had at that store or any other Verizon store!

My experience at this store was such a pleasant surprise to see the customers so well attended to that I ventured in. A quick question answered soon turned into a game changer. Hash has excellent customer relation skills. Not only did he explain the value and cost efficient reasons for upgrading my phone but he added to the warmth felt at this Verizon store with his own personality of laughs! This place is thoroughly attentive to a customers needs. I recommend it highly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was amazed by the high level of customer service and professionalism at this location. Sarah Sandoval helped me to get a new phone, she was patient and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok with my new device and accessories. I highly recommend this location, new staff and positive environment.
