First time here and wow, I would definitely come back! Parking lot is very small, so keep that in mind because at 6:30 it was packed inside. I had the chicken satay appetizer and coconut soup with vegetables to start…the soup was delicious and full of flavor!

I then had the spicy basil soft crab dish (forgot to take the picture) which was good as well, but in hindsight I should have gotten the jumbo shrimp or a meat dish since the crab was fried (I missed that on the menu, my fault). Also, they have another menu with photos of the majority of the items on the regular menu - super helpful to see what you’ll actually be eating.

I would definitely return next time I’m in the area for work to try more of their menu! Lots of good options from what I saw at the tables around me.

I was thoroughly impressed with this Thai restaurant, which we discovered on LA's list of top eateries. It lived up to its reputation by offering exceptionally tasty dishes. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I visited with my family, and we all enjoyed a variety of plates, each one delightful. While parking can be challenging, it's worth the wait for a spot. This establishment also serves the best Thai iced tea I've ever tasted, with just the right amount of sweetness and rich flavor.

They're super kind and attentive! Came here for a friends birthday and had a great time celebrating them. They're super fast with ordering and helping us make decisions along with serving the food. Looking forward to coming back soon! Parking was a bit tough, it's small right where they are but I saw there was street parking and additional parking around the area.

First time here but loved it. The food is delicious and the people are so friendly. Good portions , too. 😊

One of my favorite sit down Thai restaurants in San Gabriel Valley. The food is delicious, the decor is nice, and great service. I love their Yellow Curry (with Chicken). The only downside of this location is the parking.

We had a delicious meal here yesterday. It was our first time to try this place and we loved every. Single. Bite. We ordered three items to share: crispy fried calamari, Tom Kah soup (coconut soup), and President’s pineapple fried rice. Everything was excellent! Flavors, portions, heat level all good. We also had good service even though the place was packed. We will be back!

We sat on patio for a 6 guest bday luncheon, it was very nice. All of the food ordered was delicious!

This place can be a little hard to find because it's tucked in in a non-descript area but no problem when you know it's there. Decent amount of parking. There are usually a lot of people there. The service is superior. We had no trouble getting all of our questions answered about the menu items. They were generous with the water even leaving a full pitcher on the table. They offered both chopsticks and forks. The portions are absolutely massive. They not only brought you containers to take out food if you had leftovers but also a bag to put the boxes in. The food came out very clearly freshly cooked using fresh ingredients. Vegetables were all well done but not overcooked. Everything seemed clean and the decorations were lovely. I had only one complaint and honestly it's not the restaurants fault but for some reason a large family decided that it was okay to have their child watching a tablet at the table turned all the way up. So literally the entire restaurant had to listen to this little girls program that she was watching. Eventually it was turned off but I wish the staff had gone over immediately and asked them to stop. Anyway highly recommended would definitely go back.

We had a pretty large group and were seated in a covered patio, which was a little too warm and humid. It's a popular restaurant so it was crowded. I can not comment on prices as our hosts had preselected the menu. Also, parking is tight and limited, but there was sufficient street parking to the south and around the corner. It's probably not easy to maneuver for those in wheelchairs but not impossible.

Food is good. Service is great. Came on a Friday night, they are super busy, and service was still amazing. The portions are good compare to many thai restaurant in the area. The prawns are very fresh and I love the sauce.

This is a great thai restaurant. Service was absolutely great. The server was phenomenal. My wife has an allergy to anything shellfish. He recommended other items . We tried the veggie fried rice spicy. It was spicy. The veggie egg rolls were crispy . Pad see mow. Chicken satay delicious. To end it off with mango sticky rice . Hell yeah

Today I ordered take out and they were very busy. I had to wait a while. I ordered president Thai BBQ beef. It's very tasty but portion size has been reduced significantly but the price is the same. However, all the restaurant's prices have increased everywhere. Today I spent $25 on take out of one dish.

Amazing flavors, fresh ingredients, great variety, and friendly service. The orange chicken and fried rice were delicious! Also the Whole stripe bass fish we had was finger-licking good!

The atmosphere is cozy, and well worth any wait. The roasted duck curry and the pad Thai were exquisite, and the portions are massive. Hopefully you make room for dessert because their ice cream is deliciously homemade!

Sheeeeeesh. I’ve had a fair share of Thai food all over LA, and I def have my faves, and this might enter my top 4. Based on flavor alone, this place has such a nice, smoky, “breath of the wok” taste to all their foods. And their mango sticky rice is to die for. They also accommodated our large party of 20, which is hard to do. Their service can def do some work, they had us write our own orders down on paper and mixed our dishes among all our tables. But I’ll give benefit of the doubt cause of the large group.

President Thai has been our neighborhood Thai place for many years. As such, I tend to forget how great it is. I've eaten in many Thai restaurants over the years, but President has seldom been equaled and never surpassed. It has a huge menu and reasonably-priced lunch specials. You will not be disappointed.

I think the owner came to ask if he should pose next to the fried calamari for me to take a picture but I got confused and said no lmao

Just wanted take out, Thanksgiving Holiday, and my family said let's go to the President Thai restaurant. I didn't want to get dressed. So we order to take out. But what great experience I misses if I wanted to be apart of a great time dinning in. The restaurant is wonderful with all the decorations, while what a place to dine at. HAPPY Thanksgiving, wherever you're at.

Very authentic Thai food, the interior of the building is almost exactly the same as the Thai restaurant, the taste is good, there is a queue to go in, and many people come to eat on Mother’s Day. I heard that there is usually a queue.

Amazing food! Pad Thai coconut soup chicken fried rice! Don’t forget the mango with sticky rice for dessert-do delicious
