By far the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I needed new windshield wipers and came in to a relatively busy store. When I realized I didn’t know which wipers to get, the manager was very helpful in looking up my car and showing me different options. I ended up going with the premium Rain-X wipers which were supposed to have a $15 rebate. When I was being rung up, the rebate didn’t show up so the manager had another worker give a refund of the difference while he went to install the wipers on my car. Amazing experience with exceptional service!

They went above and beyond at this Autozone to help me out with my troublesome windshield wiper blades. Adrian was a great help, and very courteous and professional.

I came into Autozone with concerns about checking my battery and getting my air and cabin filters replaced. I was immediately greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff (I think his manager said his name is Robert) who helped check the status of my batteries no questions asked, and told me it was in good shape.

He also helped me find the nearest location to get the filters and told me about what the difference is between the standard vs the max one.

Overall, I’m very impressed by the knowledge of the staff and their willingness to help—the customer service is top notch. Robert saved me a lot of money from having to buy a new battery, and it’s nice to know that Autozone is a place I can trust with my car.

Thank you Robert for making my visit a positive one. I will definitely return to Autozone for my car needs!!

I would like to commend Bruce on his excellent customer service. I was having a long day changing my starter and he was patient and informative with me. We need more people like him in the workforce.

Bought wipers for my wife's car, didn't know they installed them for you. Good thing because with my hands not working correctly and my strength (hasn't been there since my accident in 2012). Don't remember the gentleman name. Great customer service 👍 there were several people doing the same as us and had the same help from the people who helped them.

Great service. The AutoZone staff knows there stuff. Making it quick and easy for you. Hell they'll even help you figure out the problem with your car and then bring you the solution. What can I say? I was just waiting at the bus stop in front of this auto parts store.

I'm not a mechanic and I don't own a vehicle so I never need to shop here.

I'm fairly grateful that I didn't have to wait too long as the bus bench was not very comfortable. I have chronic back problems so prolonged sitting can get a bit painful.

As I sat by myself at this bus stop, I was beginning to feel rather lonely since I also struggle with depression.

Other than that, I have no complaints.
