I’m never excited about going to The Home Depot, however sometimes you get some amazing customer service and that makes a world of a difference. We were looking for weeks for a stackable toolbox and we were very lucky to get helped by a very nice young man, named Alex. He took his time, explained everything to us, compared various brands, explained warranties, etc! We left feeling very knowledgeable and happy with our purchase. Thank you so much, Alex!

Very nice Home Depot. Very clean and the store layout was similar to others but for some reason seemed more functional. Best of all they had some spring loaded bessey clamps that iv been wanting for some time now that no other store iv been to actually carries.

My friends' moved near this store so I've been going here a lot now. This Store is great I can usually find what I need and someone to help when I either can't find what I need or need some advice.
Recently build patio string light holders and it came out so nice.

Garden center’s James and Jordan
are warm-hearted, hospitable, and hardworking. Every time I go there, they provide me with the best service and assistance. Thank you for them.

David Lugo works at this home depot and is the most patient and kind person. He is so knowledgeable and eager to help us. My family were able to get the Xmas tree we needed. David even set us up with the tree on our car AND took our family picture!!! Thank you so much David!!!

Home Depot with standard selection of items. Severely lacking in metric unit nuts and bolts, however.

This is a newer HomeDepot. Place is clean and organized. Went there for tarps. Got all different sizes in stock, unlike Lowes at City of industry. At self checkout the staff in charge was very nice and actually scanned all merchandise for me.

Home Depot is the place for everything I want and need all through the year and I went there today to give them my utmost best experience with one of the employees there he has been so helpful to me in a two or three trips I had to make he was there to service me most outstanding customer service as a young man he is and I really had to give them my opinion about him so I spoke to a manager and she took the report so I'm very pleased that I Was Heard for that boy who helped me

This is one of my favorite Home Depot location. The store seems to have everything in stock. If I didn't know any better, I thought I was at Lowe's. The place is well maintained, organized, and very clean from outside parking lot to every aisle inside the store. My only gripe is that West Covina pays high sale tax at 10.5%. When you are doing a big project, it adds up.

THANK YOU again KARIME for your patience and help!!! 9/3/21 come to this home depot for years and always the employees have been I will get someone for you or yeah aisle 12 but is really aisle 20, so why even bother the employees I would just find it myself or for making a key also that's not my department I will get someone and it would take that someone an eternity to show up. Today September 3rd 2021 it was a whole new experience and is why the 5 stars for this two employees RENE in painting that actually knew the correct aisle the product was... and NICK K. that actually knew how to make a key for us without calling someone else... RENE and NICK K. thanks for the professional and amazing customer service.

I came to this store on 11/2/2021 and I was given nothing but A1 Customer Service. I came to get a new lock for my dads house along with some light bulbs to give the place some light. I came here with my 75 year old grandmother who required more than just my attention. I am not blaming my grandmother. People make mistakes and they forget stuff.

When we got done shopping we went out to the car with her in the motorized cart and we happened to forget our merchandise inside the cart. I didnt realize this until we got home.

I went back over there with my receipt and I was helped by 3 people. Mike, Diana, and Frankie. Frankie was the first person who started the interaction with me to get my stuff replaced of course with my receipt. I went back home to get it and came back. I was then helped by diana and she continued the process and was very professional while doing so.

Mike came over to give the okay to replace the merchandise that I had left in the cart. He replaced it. Gave me my money back for the items I paid cash for. I remade the keys that I had made for the lock set. I went home with 2 happy grandparents. Mike, Diana and Frankie. I want to thank your humbleness that you showed. You guys are #1. I appreciate you, and hope I get to interact with you again soon.

I have always had a good experience here. They have more and a better diversity of products in stock. I generally find the staff nice and helpful - better than the City of Industry store. I have been coming here for some time now, even though it is further than the other store.

I appreciate the staff from the Tool Rental Dept for being so helpful, courteous and friendly. I always get very good customer service everytime I rent the Rug Doctor.

Been here multiple times & have been helped by Cleo twice in the paint department, both times have been pleasant, he's very friendly & matches the paint up on point. If it doesn't match up he does whatever it takes to get it to match up. Definitely look forward to coming back for my paint needs when needed.

My favorite home depot great people and always stocked. But they have a rat problem they were outside in garden area but today I seen them twice in store. Very concerned 😟

We were shopping for a washer and drying. We found a brand and model we liked which was less expensive than Sears. We got the extended warranty for both which was one third the cost of the warranty at Sears; couldn't believe how much we saved! Delivery is free and should be here within the week. Great service too. I would recommend this Home Depot for appliances.

Overall positive experiences at this Home Depot location. Friendly and helpful staff make this a great place to pickup home repair and improvement supplies. They are also dog friendly which is a huge plus!!😁👍

Dale the paint guy was super friendly! He was extremely knowledgeable and gave good advice regarding the best products to use for the project I was shopping for. You don't often find people like that in store!

Best service ever. Stephania was a great help. I asked her to call someone to grab a dewalt tool kit and she got someone right away which helped me get the item that I want. Then she was able to help through the payment process and make everything go so easy and smooth. She was very nice, friendly and professional in her approach. Keep up the good work Stephania.
