I had an opportunity to meet two gentleman that were courteous and professional and very helpful . I had a project to do, so decided to go to Lowe’s for my material and I was not disappointed .My initial contact with employees, Greg, and Son are an example of what all employers should have. For this project all I had was a video and pictures to go by so we went from there, and in no time I had all the material, the metal straps ,braces ,screws and bolts and the tools to do the job. Without these fellas I would’ve been frustrated. This Warehouse is big it has material for building, installing , repairing any type of housing and the tools to do the job. They also have flowers and shrubbery .I recommend this place if you’re not quite sure on your project, they have employees that will suggest help, find the materials and the proper tools.There are handicap, motorized carts and infant caring basket carts .The parking lot is big with the handicap stalls at the front entrance.

I’m extremely happy with this store. I don’t usually shop with lowe’s. However, this time, when i went to buy this velux skylight 2’ by 4’ window, lowe’s manager (a young man named “bryan”) if my memory serves me correctly, he helped me to match the internet vendor’s lower price. I can’t be happier for my shopping experience with this store. It saved me $50 out of $299 window. and it’s very clear and looks beautiful

I like 👍 Lowes they have every thing you 😏 need for home 🏡 and work need s and yard work came to this one because service at pick Rivera store no help with costumers I waited for 25 minutes and no one help me I came to this one I got what i needed and out in 15 minutes great service.

I found what I needed today. I think that this Lowe's is very well organized and the staff is friendly. Checking out can sometimes take a bit but that's expected at the peak times which I find myself going here.

I prefer Lowe's than HomeDepot. More items on stocks and great customer service.

I prefer Lowes over home depot. It's brighter, more clean and employees are friendly very helpful and knowledgeable.

Came here to do some Halloween shopping, wish they had more stuff, but overall happy with what they had.

Was here with my bro, returning a damaged toolbox. Although, we were inconvenienced because of the back and forth driving, the end result was the issue being resolved professionally and to our satisfaction. The manager took care of us like one should. I can appreciate that greatly! Two thumbs up for her, although I did not get her name.

I always enjoy going there for anything I may need. They also make it easy for a veteran to get a discount. Not like Home Depot that changed their policy. Now Home Depot makes it difficult to for a Veteran to get a discount. I prefer Lowe's before HD.

I want to commend Erik Martinez for his extremely good service! We wanted a washer and dryer and he helped us decide which brand to go. He used his experience and knowledge with equipment and thoroughly explained the features, how it cleanses even the most delicate clothes. He even weighed the pros and the cons if we chose a brand without warranty and the other with a 10 yr warranty. The best part was his patience! He considered our home situation too. He was just so understanding. I fell in love with that kind of service! Oh and he was smiling throughout the whole selection process.
He also helped with the microwave selection and the water filter inquiry which is another story! Erik is a keeper, Lowe's! Make him your employee of the month and give him a bonus pls. He deserves it. 😊

Outstanding. The last inflatable Santa was a demo on a top shelf. The young man Tim I believe was so generous to get the big machine and get it down for me.

I purchased a Washing Machine from Lowe’s in the City of Industry a few back with an extended Warranty. The Washing Machine a while after we purchased it started to move forward a little after each wash. Over a period of time the distance from the wall increased. I called the Extended Protection Plan department. I had to wait over one hour on the phone to speak to a representative. I told the representative the problem we were having with the Washing Machine. The representative said it sound like an installation problem that is not covered by the warranty. The representative said only mechanical problems are covered by the Extended Protection Plan.

I called the Installation Department at Lowe’s City of Industry Friday afternoon. I explained the problem to the representative. He said will you be home tomorrow? I said yes. The Installers showed placed a Leveler in the center of the Washing Machine. The Washing Machine was level. The Installers said there may be an alignment problem with the Drum. I have purchased a few major appliances from Lowe’s over the years and this is the only one that I have had a problem with so far.

The Sales Department provided excellent service during the purchase of the Washing Machine. The Installation Department provides outstanding service to their customers. One day Customer Service is hard to beat.

I contacted Lowe’s Warranty Department there is a long wait on the phone almost one hour. The first day it was late in the afternoon and the call was disconnected. The next day I called earlier in the day after waiting about forty minutes I was able to speak to a representative who was very pleasant. Lowe’s uses GE for their warranty service. I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. The technician arrived on time from GE. He hooked up his monitor device to washing machine. He said you should put the soap in first and balance your load. He said he can see from his monitor that machine has been running out of balance. He felt that we were loading the machine incorrectly. This morning my wife was washing a medium size load and the washing machine had move about six inches from the wall forward. I will have to do a little more research it seems to be a common problem with top load washer.
