I was having trouble with a diehard battery that wouldn't fully charge and was informed that it had low health by another auto parts store.
Bringing it into this Advance Auto location, they were able to quickly remedy the situation by swapping it out for a healthy one.
The employee I interacted with, Francisco, was helpful, friendly, professional, and informative. He enlightened me to some aspects of the battery warranty I wasn't aware of and gave me advice on if I had trouble with the replacement.
It's been about a week and I've had no issues with this new battery, thank you Francisco and Advance for making the warranty process painless!
