My visit here was pretty basic, the clerk did went a head to make sure that I found what I needed and ensure I knew what I needed. Thank you for that.

Called in pretty late needing a battery for my car. The staff was so helpful and installed the battery at no charge. I believe his name was Santiago I'm not sure but I appreciate all their help as I could not install the battery myself. Lol

Came in for a free battery inspection & Juan was great. He helped me from start to finish. From inspection to suggestion, & removal & installation of the battery I got ! All about 20mins. Thanks again Juan !

They were great help, and the tight jam that I was stuck in. They even let me borrow some tools.

I went here for a headlight bulb and STELLA was phenomenal with helping me insert it in. She alongwith two other amazing employees spent a hour and a half with putting it. They also pointed out other things like helpful in keeping it good. The employees and service is amazing - I highly recommend this establishment.

Great friendly but only a couple of the employees have goid knowledge on vehicles. Others are newly hired do am sure ven time they'll shine . If they seek no from those with the knowledge.

It's been awhile since I've had to purchase oil. I miss going to AutoZone. Staff was great and greeted as I walked I'm the door. That's something that's so simple yet missing from many establishments.

The manager is very helpful and so are the employees. Beefy friendly and tentative to your needs.

My favorite place for my auto needs is this Auto Zone in West Covina on Amar. People super cool, and helpful (as long as you know about cars, not all are mechanically knowledgeable), but is not a requirement in any auto parts store.
