I have ordered several masks from other companies. The ones I have received from SQ Medical Supplies are the ABSOLUTE BEST that I have ever received. The fit is absolutely amazing. The foam pad above the nose is what does the trick. There are no gaps anywhere on the masks. No other company uses them, at least of the ones I have tried. The best KN95 face mask I’ve ever used. Great product!

I have tried different KN95 masks available in the market and I am not satisfied with most of the qualities. Recently, my friend gave a box of this masks. I was impressed by the quality after put the mask on. Most importantly, the mask can seal very well on my face and ear loops are perfectly fit, not too tight, not too loose, which are not very common on other masks I tried. I then did some research on this mask and found out that they are listed in FDA's appendix A, as shown on the package. Anyway, I love the product, and recommend to all my friends now.

KN95 willow shaped mask is the best mask I've ever used. Can finally workout without feeling like I am loosing my breath. Processing + shipping to the east coast took only 4 days. Extremely satisfied.

I bought some KN95 masks from them in case a family member or myself get infected with covid. I haven't had to use them for that yet, but I did use them for some dusty house repair and they did a great job at blocking the dust. I didn't feel like anything got through at all. Very good product.

Leaf shaped design is the most comfortable and looks like sq has fda approval as well. White was a little better for than black for me but both will get job done w great comfort and breathing .

Kn95 masks are great.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong masks. Two days later after I noticed, I checked to see if the item was shipped. Fortunately it was not shipped yet. I reached out several times via telephone to customer service with no response, to pay the difference for the correct masks or to cancel and reorder. I sent an immediate email and I'm yet to hear back from customer service. So far the customer service team sucks with their response!!!!! This is not how customers should be delt with. This would have been my second purchase with recommendation to friends and family but I'll have to notify them of this poor service.

UPDATE: My issue was resolved a few hours after my review. The product is great but customer service needs to be more prompted with their response as the return policy is so strict.

After nearly 2.5 months and a significant number of 1 Star Reviews on Google, Yelp, the SQ website, plus a Better Business Bureau complaint plus a credit card complaint, new management at SQ Medical apologized for all of the mistreatment and poor customer service listed below and sent a box of Certified Black KN-95 masks as ordered in December 2020, along with a credit. While this was an extremely challenging process, the result was satisfactory, and the reason that I stayed with it so long is that I believe they have a solid products.

I ordered 40 each of the KN95 White Particle Filtering and the KN95 Black Particulate Respirators, which are basically masks.

The Black ones did not even come in a labeled box. They were loosely thrown into a mailing container.

Shipping was late and confusing with delays and very poor updates and notifications.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION!

IT HAS BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS, AND THERE HAS BEEN NO REPLACEMENT PRODUCT OR REFUND. HERE IS THE COMPLETE REVIEW:

SQ Medical Supplies Inc. – Dishonest, Horrible, Unprofessional, Bait and Switch company. 1 Star review since 0 (Zero) is not a choice on most systems.

They previously sold Certified, Sealed boxes of masks. In the latest order, shipped 40 loose Black masks in a packing carton with a Certified and Sealed box of White KN-95 masks. Black masks were dated almost 6 months old with an 18 month shelf life. They emailed a claim that the Black masks do not come in boxes. Therefore, they are not Certified and Sealed.

Shipping was third rate: Had a delivery date that was cancelled. It then went to Pending and was eventually delivered. Update process was extremely poor.

Before ordering, called the 24 hour Customer Service (always during weekday business hours) four (4) times over nearly a month to try to ask some product questions. Customer Service is an answering service that they claimed did not forward the inquiries the first three (3) times.

Filed a Google review and now that I have summarized the problem in detail, plan to share this review with the Better Business Bureau and Yelp.

I received several boxes that were already opened! There were also individual packets inside the boxes that appeared to have already been opened or sealed very crooked. Both left me uncomfortable using the products. I reached out to the company and they were aware of he discrepancy and did NOT replace them! I have wasted money and will replace all good reviews with this one. I will NOT refer this company ever again as a result! Would NOT recommend wasting your money with this company!!!! Shame on you!

The leaf design respirator mask is poorly designed, first it is too small on face, also it leaks air around mask, I feel it is not safe to use.
