Dunkin'

I stopped in today on my travels. I used to work for Dunkin and frequent several locations in my hometown on a regular basis. This was the most wonderful Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I was impressed the moment I walked in. The cleanliness of the store was impeccable, I was greeted immediately, checked on by a manager after ordering, and got my drink faster than I ever have before or could have even made it for myself. The staff was so friendly and looked like they worked great together as a team. I would absolutely choose this Dunkin as my go-to place if I lived here and wish my local locations had this model. There are several locations across the country that could learn a thing or two from this store. Keep up the great work, treat these awesome employees well, and celebrate the impressiveness this store gives the Dunkin brand.

Good location. Everything looks new. Manager on duty had everythinh under control and running smooth. Donuts tasted really good.

Ran in to get a good cup of coffee early evening. That's exactly what I got. They brewed my cup of night dunkin fresh. They make every coffee order fresh as they're ordered.

I got some really cool sandwich there, the coffee is good,.. can't remember that sandwich name.
They owe me a sauge patty but this place serves good food .

Went in 9/9/23 morning and must say by far the best Dunkin experience I've ever had. Crazy quick and everything was awesome. Every employee in there was like a race to push the orders out the door. What a great crew this morning.

I love this place. Drive through can be backed up sometimes but it goes quickly. Love the iced coffee, especially the Cocoa Mocha, my favorite. Wish it would open at 5am for us early morning people though.

Went this evening with the wife and daughter and we enjoyed it! Store was clean and the staff was very friendly. We got a large strawberry lemonade (very delicious), small frozen vanilla bean, small mango pineapple lemonade and four donuts for around $20 and I can’t really complain about that in this day and age! I noticed several people ordering food so next time I’ll have to try a sandwich. No these aren’t Frank’s donuts but they were tasty and we enjoyed them! For the drinks alone we will definitely be back!

3/2024 UPDATE
Still our favorite coffee place in Georgetown!! From the price of coffee to the rewards app, we are Dunkin regulars! Today we went twice.. the 1st time was to pick up DoorDash for my side gig and the 2nd time was for my daughter and I. Addi (hopefully spelled right!) helped both times and even though it was crazy busy she was still smiling, helping, and hustling to get it done. Kudos on the service and the staff. We’ve not stepped foot in another coffee place in Grorgetown since Dunkin opened!

The new Dunkin' donuts here in Georgetown Kentucky the personnel that they have inside is very courteous and alert in understand and ask questions to the customer if they didn't understand it can you please repeat that for them. That tells me that these employees got trained by someone that wants them to respect the customer just as much as anyone else thank you Dunkin' donuts of Georgetown for having such wonderful employees that are very courteous even at the drive-thru.

Love this Dunkin! But long wait in the drive through.. But they make the drinks perfect.

I LOVE their mocha swirl frozen coffee. Bye-Buy Starbucks! Service is always friendly, helpful, and prompt.

I go to this Dunkin a few times a week and they are always so kind and helpful! Chazy (I think that was her name!) today helped me and was the nicest and most patient person! Coffee is always delicious

A fantastic Dunkin’! Their employees work so hard and are so kind. They make my morning each day as I drive thru on my way to work. Glad to have Dunkin’ in Georgetown a part of my daily commute!

The staff is very knowledgeable and makes excellent recommendations every time I come in! It has been and is still quite busy, but every staff member works so hard and ensures that we are taken care of! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Amazing!! The staff was very nice and got in me in and out quickly despite there being a line!! The coffee and food was delicious! All around great experience definitely will be back!

This location is absolutely amazing! With them just opening, you can tell they trained very hard and love what they do. Super friendly and really good food. Great atmosphere! One of my favorite locations!

I’ve never been to a coffee place wear they use gloves… not sure why I’ve seen someone mad about that. I always receive lovely service and the girls always spark up a chat which is appreciated
