The Goose and Swan

****it's only been a month since I posted here, but as of 30th Jan, I find not too much has changed, except movies on the televisions, and a curtain hung.

Ordered chai, alas, we were down the road before realizing most if it was foam.
The teen working the counter was shy but very nice.
I am still hopeful, yet missing Java Quest, I am aware all business have their way and process, i shall keep awaiting to see if/how this place grows***

Much to look forward to with this new business.
Sandwiches and salads made with fresh produce popping up on the menu.
Espresso drinks, blended, hot and iced, made by knowledgeable Italian traveled batista. (Try an espresso shot with lemon)

Sunday will have religious services, feel free to swing by for enlightenment.

Be patient with the l9cation, just opening, be prepared for the upcoming weeks to see it grow.

Came in this morning at 9:45 under the impression that this was still Java Quest as it still has the sign in the front. We go in there to order right away noticed their menu was different compared to before(again still thinking this was Java Quest). We get two banana strawberry smoothies and two sandwiches and a muffin, it took 45 mins before actually leaving the cafe which made us late to our appointment in Houston. The prices are ridiculous $30 for mediocre at best service and food. Ordered my toddler a cheese sand which received a egg sandwich instead. Husband ordered a meat sandwich it had barely anything. Smoothies were literally just juice and blended ice. I make better smoothies at home than what we received. They had teenagers working on a school day when they should have been in school and again it took 45 mins to receive two sandwiches!. Only found out this place was not Java Quest when I checked our banking app and noticed a charge for The Goose And which led me to the google search to find out this is the new business that replaced Java Quest. Now I know it’s not Java Quest and that the new owners and new menu isn’t up to our standards, we will not be returning. Very disappointed.
