Starbucks

L🩷VE Starbucks! This Starbucks is definitely one of my favorite locations to go to. Since it's not too far from home. I go there almost every day of the week/weekend in the mornings & afternoons.
Even the customer service & employees are tremendously awesome. I am more than happy to leave a 5 star review for this Starbucks.
They have a lot of wonderful & tasteful dishes to choose from.
I love their cold brew drinks. Since I am sensitive to dairy. I always choose alternative options.
My favorite coffee drink is the (White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew). I have many other favorites as well. But the Macadamia drink is definitely my go to even though it's only seasonal.
I wish that the drink itself could be all year round.
The wait time is usually less than 5 minutes. If you're waiting in the drive thru they're super quick & efficient. I've never had any issues at this location. 😊

Been to a few Starbucks in Franklin/Brentwood & this was my first visit to this one, while on my way to work.
Didn’t remember the red cup for the derive drink deal that was going on today, November 17th, and they still got my order out in a timely manner!
All very kind even when there was soooo much going on. I couldn’t do it if I were them🤣 counted ten workers when I visited around 7a today. All were focused on getting everyone’s orders out & did amazingly & smoothly.
Drive through was wrapped around the building and going down the rd a bit. Inside was crowded and full of people waiting for their orders and eating there at the tables.
This is mostly mobile orders in the table. They got mine out right around the time the app told me it would be, because I placed a mobile order too. The girl in the brown hair and glasses in this picture, did so well at communicating to me where my drink was in the list of drinks she had to finish. She had the tablet in front of her and was also calling out names & finishing up the drinks.
I just wanted to know bc I didn’t expect the amount of orders/people & I was on my way to work. The red cup deal day was sure a busy one for them, but they all did great!
Hope they all got a great tip share at the end of the day! My drink was perfect and I thank you, employees on FOH line, for the patience of waiting for all my shots to be poured! Sorry, just felt like getting 4 today!🤣

This is one of the best stores. Staff and coffee is always amazing! The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure that every customer feels welcome and satisfied. Love the staff here, super sweet! They make awesome drinks even when I'm awkward and don't know how to order right.

I’ve been a frequent Starbucks goer for years now, and this location is by far my favorite. Always so friendly and drinks always taste great.

I always have the best Starbucks experiences at this location! Plenty of seating and prompt service.

I use this Starbucks when I am at work and the staff have always been so nice and they really do a great job of getting my order correct. They make a great cup of heaven and I appreciate all the hard work they do to keep the store clean and running efficiently.

It was so super busy we waited in the Drive-Thru for about 25 minutes. At this point though that's understandable I know a lot of places are understaffed. The drinks were super tasty so they get five stars!

I have to give this starbucks props... they are busier than many I have been into and the staff was moving as fast as they could. No complaints about quality at all when I know that most places skimp when they get busy. Only down side is they ARE THAT busy, so if you get in there during a rush hour (my case morning time 730am) time frame, understand that it may take 20 minutes for a Cafe coffee order. I had chosen not to do a mobile order ahead.

I love the vibe of this Starbucks, and the employees are THE BEST. They are always so friendly and kind every time I come in. Today, I accidentally ordered at the wrong Starbucks location on my mobile app. I'd already been at this location waiting for 20 minutes before I realized what I'd done (they were super busy, so I just figured it was just taking longer than usual). When I realized my mistake, though it was totally my fault, the barista offered to make me a drink here anyway! It was so thoughtful and kind of her to do on a busy day when she had so many other customers to deal with. That kind of customer service is rare these days, but you'll find it at the Carothers/Liberty Starbucks.

Best Starbucks I’ve been to. The staff is super friendly and there’s so much seating for hanging out. Shout out to Drew for being the man.

This location is my favorite and I will go out of way to visit this one. Staff is always friendly especially Diamond.

Being a new Starbucks in the neighborhood, every thing is nice and clean. And I enjoy the energy of these young barista.
