McDonald's

Today the speaker on the first drive-thru was horrible and when I got to pay my order they didn't have my order. But they were so nice. I told them what happened they asked which drive-thru it was because they said that they couldn't fix it if they didn't know. Nobody has ever asked that! And they took my order right then and there and it was ready within 45 seconds. I think this McDonald's is cleaning up their act.

Burgers are made good from this location and the staff is nice as well. I will stop by when I'm working down that way in the future.

Ordered sausage McMuffin with egg. They were good.

awesome food. when i asked for extra extra m&ms in my McFlurry, he delivered without making a big deal outta it like most McDonald's and jip you by putting a spoonful extra in. 🙄 the service only got 4 stars cuz he was grumpy prolly bcuz it was late late but i get it so i gave him 4.

My husband and I have stopped by this McDonalds the past two mornings to get breakfast and both mornings we were greeted by a really nice young lady who took our order and then was very nice at the window and yesterday morning I tried to use a code on my app to get a free breakfast item and it didn’t but she gave it to us anyway and the food was very delicious both morning we will be back but not for a little while because I need to start cooking breakfast again

It's ok for McDonald's. They got our order right. Food was good and hot with fresh hot fries.

Fast service, polite staff, clean store

Late night grocery shopping and needed a snack. Service was quick! Order was correct! Wow and staff was friendly

Just past thru the drive thru! We go to many McDonalds in NC and SC. The attendants at money window and drink window were both alert and seemed happy to be there! Pleased to see young people giving such good service!

The last few times I've been here have been good. I've started using the app for curbside and drive-thru and I have had good experiences so far.

This McDonald's in particular is actually a very nice restaurant. The employees and management seem to actually care about their customers. On a plus note the bathrooms were super clean! The morning crew is definitely a well-managed polite and helpful team.

My favorite place to go for Frappes. They just have the best ones I've found out of anybody. There's are just mixed perfect. I get one every from there. That's how much I love them. Sometimes the machine is down and I can't get one and have to travel to the next city just to get one. Anyways thank you so much McDonalds. Keep up the great work. I've them. 😀

I will give them their props since closing at night and reduced hours the service is better food was fresher and the time from order to pick up was pretty damn good 👍 good job

Other folks might have had a bad experience, but these folks have always been on point for me. I place rather easy orders though (no holding stuff or extras). So far this Mickey D's has kept me fed when I couldn't decide on what else I wanted.

The food isnt always great - its McDonalds - but I get off work at 3am and thanks to COVID 19 nothing else is open. I wasn't in the greatest mood when i got there but Joelle was at the drive thru and she is always sweet and cheerful. She is usually there when I come thru at night and can tell by what I order that its me. Its always nice to get good customer service and be treated like a friend. Thank you Joelle!

I have yet to have them mess up an order. Most mcds will mess up your soda, even if it's the only thing you get.
Never had to pull ahead to wait for an order. It's a decent McDonalds.
Doesnt look like it would be easy to get in and out of.. but it totally is.
Always clean. Customer service is the same as any other McDonald's...except they don't forget your top bun on a cheeseburger 😆. And fries are usually filled to the top, as they are suppose to be. So with all that said, I rate them a 5 star!

Was quick and although a line was at the drive through, it moved along. The best part was the complete order was correct!
