Great service! Even gave us directions! And food was delicious and didn't take but 10 mins!

Upon walking in with my grandmother, the place was very well-kept, clean and organized. The cashier was very patient and understanding when it came to us ordering our food, the food was made to order no errors or mistakes. The chicken was completely cooked no raw spots whatsoever. so if you need a chicken fix, I highly recommend this one.

Food is good and atmosphere is laid back.

Usually this place is pretty mediocre really. But today (Friday 10-28-22) at 2pm it was almost like it was under new management. The food was incredibly fresh, the employees were great. And even gave complimentary cookies! I'm really blown away how good my visit was today. The best KFC I've had in my life today.

They were all so friendly and the chicken pot pie was out of this world. Make sure to get the fries. OMG, they're delicious. I don't like many fast food but everything was carry out only. I wanted to sit in the air conditioning 😁.

The food is always great I like a lot of their varieties from the $5 menus and up And I ordered The chicken pot pie for the first time today And everything was good but They need to have more chicken in them Mine only had one little piece & my Husband didn't have none in his it was Disappointing but we Won't let it be your last time eating it we just are asking to Improve it please but other then that So Far Great On Everthing else

5 stars! April is the manager at this location and she is always patient and hardwarking! She goes above and beyond for her customers and employees. The customer service has improved by far within say, the last 6 months. Customers are greeted appropriately and taken care of as timely as possible for a small establishment. Always clean and has a quiet, hometown, friendly vibe!

This is in Cherryville. It's the best place to eat fast food ! Love the chicken but like everything else as well!

I went to the Cherryville NC KFC to get dinner for my husband and me. I ordered and didnt want the drinks just two side slaws instead. Although they couldn't do that without charging me extra, which was fine, they compensated me with two extra pieces of chicken and cookies. They were very polite and went out of their way to help me. Not many places would do that. Very nice cashier and manager. And the food was fresh and hot.

The employees were very friendly and professional. Angelique, the cashier, greeted us with a smile, repeated the order correctly, and applied the senior discount appropriately. Thanks for a happy experience.

So far no problems with this location. That says a lot about a fast food place! Hot, fast food. Good service. Gets your orders right.

My house burned down in December and the night after we were eating here when my young sister started crying. They brought her a stuffed animal, free candy and told us we could eat here for free. Amazing.

Food is great here. Clean bathrooms and dining area. Order taker was very polite. Rude Night manager. 5 stars for the food only.

Actually this is a dual restraunt, KFC and taco Bell and we got taco Bell food. Little bit of a wait for as light customers were but food was good and was hot and we weren't in any hurry

Staff super friendly and prompt service. Meal was hot and good.

I got TacoBell and they got my large order right and it was actually fast serve normally it takes me awhile but not tonight they was on it Good Job.
