The counter help are great. A few have a poker face but a very professional manor. It's tax time, I back up the line sending register mail-very time consuming. It's a thankless job. People find fault when all you need is patience.

An actual functioning post office that is far far better than the location on Lee St. I’ve sent out packages through this location for years now and have not been disappointed once.

I had one bad experience with this post office and did a survey. They called me right away. I really was mad because they weren’t fair. But except that one time, they are really great. Always kind, helpful, and nice. Maybe not the fastest but still doing good.

This post office used to have terrible customer service however, employee REGGIE is fantastic. He is the best person ever there to work the counter with stamps and shipping packages. REGGIE and our mail man DAVE are both great employees and very nice.

Mailed two packages, employees were kind and competent. Yes they were conversational with each other during my transaction, but that’s fine, I’m glad they enjoy their shift and each others company. Would definitely come here again, it’s a post office.

I went here on the morning of June 18th around 10 a.m. to send some sensitive documents via certified mail, it was my first time shipping this way. The woman at the counter was very patient & thorough with explaining the process to me even though she had to work on a holiday weekend. The documents delivered to Pennsylvania on June 22nd.
I received the return documents (which was my new passport) via USPS priority mail. They delivered it in between my storm door & front door so it wouldn't blow away in the wind, get rained on or stolen. Basically the post office & mail courier for 60018 do great jobs! My fiance has also had positive experiences when visiting this location!

Spoke with the manager to ask if they could leave a pick up slip if no body is home, he said they don't leave packages outside for they might get lost. Well guess what, they did. Always, I was nice not to mention that the guys mailman leaves packages outside the door. It's not safe specially i live in an apartment building. The 5 stars is for the people working inside the post office taking our mail and packages. 1 star for the delivery service.

I don't know why people have bad experiences. I visit this post office pretty often .The staff is very nice and helpful all the time. Even the passport service is pretty good. Just have to take appointment ahead of time ft least 2 week ahead.

Great. All corona proto call in place. Parking lot was completely filled with cars while i was 4th customer in line and 2 behind total 6. Where the all cars came in lot leaving impression of place is packed. Employees dont park here in this lot.

Wow so many negative comments I was scared to even go there at first, said good bye to my lady in case I'll not be back today lol !

But I had great experience , 2 helpful and polite gentleman's , didn't catch their names but all went smooth with sending mails. Thanx :)

I talked with you last week about the lost mail, the clerk from Irving Texas, made wrong bar code, that's why mail reach wrong place. I request you to send it in LA, and you did that, from your help the mail is delivered today in LA, it was there only for your help, otherwise mail never deliver. The mail was very important for me. Thank you very much I really appreciate for your help. you are so kind for me, thank you again..
But other people who work in the post office they are very cruel, rude with us. My question is for them if they are like this they don't have to right to stay in public relation office like post office. my advice to them FIND ANOTHER JOB they don't seem to like what they do.... seriously they have no right to do so.....

I have always received excellent service here, even during the height of the holiday season. They located a missing package for me even today, and the supervisor did that over the phone. She went above and beyond the call of duty to actually physically look for it.

This is my favorite post office. The service is unbearably slow, the employees roast the patrons, and the line is always to the door. Come if you have time and a good sense of humor, it's seriously people-watching heaven.

I am a business and ship lots of packages by USPS. Was able to get someone at this location on the phone very easily. Spoke with Gary regarding a lost package. He was very courteous and helpful. I could not ask for any better service.

Had a great experience here the other day. Compared to couple of the locations that I visited near Chicago, this one deserves 5 stars.here was no line and a very helpful lady behind the counter.

Patient, respectful and kind workers. The line went fast and they had a self service kiosk available too.

Very nice young lady with bright red hair served me today 24 September 2014. She was courteous, helpful and went over and above to solved a problem for me. Promote her!

They are always helpful when im sending packages. One of the clerks there has a very good humor
