McDonald's

It's McDonald's. Always friendly. Fast most of the time. 50/50 on the ice cream machine . Fries are hot. Coke is fizzy.

This location on HWY 72 in Florence was spectacular! As I came to understand, there were only two people working and they cleared the drive thru efficiently. I was also very impressed with the portion sizes and the taste of the fries!

Always accurate and helpful. A little stressed possibly from lack of help like most places but doesn't seem to effect service. If you don't utilize the app you are paying way too much. Just fyi

They are awesome and amazing and I wish they wold open back up 24 hours a day and 7 days a week it would be better we need them to up 24 hours a day and 7 day a week praying for all of yall thank God and bless all of yall ❤ 🙏

My curbside service was amazing and so was my sandwich!

The food was hot and fresh. My order was taken and received very rapidly. The sweet tea is always on point 😎

After downloading the app and making my order online I wouldn't go back the other way for nothing I love going to pick up my order when I drive through to get to the other side of the parking lot to park they deliver within 5/10 minutes at the most .it's great I also love seeing 20plus cars in line to make an order and I pass all of them up and BAM I've got my order and ready to go!!!!!

McDonald's has managed to keep their prices lower than most other fast food restaurants. I really like their burgers ,fries are great (WHEN HOT) apple pies excellent. As long as they don't get to high on price. I will continue to eat there. SO PLEASE TRY TO KEEP PRICING AS LOW AS YOU CAN.

Hot. Fresh. Drive through long.

We had breakfast for lunch and everything was fresh, hot and delicious!
UPDATE: Still 5 🌟 Love the new renovations at our local McDonald's, especially the new kiosks where you can order & pay yourself without having to wait in line for the cashier station. Our visit on Saturday was the fastest and most accurate it's ever been and it was a busy time!
Food still hot, fresh and delicious too. The only negative is that I feel they need more seating. Some seating areas were taken up by the kiosks.

Staff could have been a little more attentive than they where

It was drive through. Ordering was simple and accurate. The staff helpful and friendly. The food order was exactly right and the food hot, fresh and tasty.

The food is very good. They have been in the middle of a remodeling project for the past couple weeks, but neither the service or the quality has been lacking during this time. When i went through drive-thru the other Saturday the workers had been working above the second drive-thru window and the McDonalds person was happy to run back and forth from my vehicle to the window in order to serve us our food. Altogether a great experience.

One of the few McDonald's that hasn't let me down. I have actually gotten to the point where I don't eat at McDonald's because of so many bad experiences, but I was traveling through Killen and remembered this location always provided fresh food and quick service. I grabbed a double cheeseburger and fries. Both were fresh and the burger didn't look like someone threw it up against a wall before giving it to me.

Never had any problems with this McDonald's in Killen getting our breakfast order messed up

The drive-thru was a little long other than that the order was extremely hot came out exactly right great friendly service smiles even said she even said have a blessed day..

Mc Donalds is not close to me I'm in St. Joseph TN but we don't have anything in loretto or close we do in Lawrenceburg, but I dive to Killin AL to stop in and get food it's worth the trip I've been doing this for the last 6 months and my order has always been fresh Hot and the order is always correct the workers are always kind

Great food, nice workers, good service.

I go by here often since it's right down the road, and have been going for years.
My usual orders are McDoubles, McChickens, Big Macs, Chicken Nuggets, Egg Biscuits, and McGriddles. Everything is always hot, fresh, and tasty. Never had my order messed up either. I always check before I leave, but I really like how they repeat your order when giving them money, and when getting your food so you at least know they're trying to get it right.
The people working there are nice and friendly, only had one experience of a rude person at the window, and I haven't seen her since then, I'm pretty sure she quit or was fired.

Just like with any fast food place, its always hit or miss
