Repeat customer over the years. Never had anything but great service. Wish more companies took care of their customers like they do.

I woke up one day this week, hopped in the truck, and it wouldn't crank. The battery died absolutely out of no where. Though I can't say anything for the GM engineers who have made it ridiculously difficult even to change a battery out; I can say the AutoZone staff were very helpful in getting me rolling again.

The lady named Tasha was so amazing! Definitely the fastest and most efficient one I've seen up there. Will definitely be back!

They are awesome and amazing and I wish they would be open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week it would be better

Staff is very helpful and friendly. They took the time to help me out and saved me from spending a lot of money for a part that I didn’t need!

5 stars for the employees but the day I went there were only 2 people on shift and they had a line wrapping because they were helping two other customers. They may have had call ins but if they did not the company needs to give them a few more people on the schedule on a Saturday afternoon.

100% recommend this location. Berry and Will took excellent care of us when we were trying to get my moms car ready for a long trip. They were so nice and polite and made sure I had everything I needed.

Love this place, Mr. Josh Dunston was most helpful person. I had a broke belt and got car. He put the belt on right there and topped off the antifreeze. He saved me so much that day. Best employee ever this guy deserves a RAISE.

AutoZone Store 0589 in Killen, AL Manager Mr. Dunston provided outstanding service to us when our serpentine belt broke and our vehicle ran boiling hot. With safety in mind he helped get us back on the road within only a few minutes. Very courteous and was a tremendous help! THANK YOU so much!

The employees here are friendly and helpful. Stopped in to replace a ground wire and battery. Good selection, easy swap, I was in and out in just a few minutes. Customer service is a priority here and it shows.
