Summit Integrity Auto Repair - Lee's Summit

In KC for the weekend and needed a new power steering pump installed. Summit Integrity got me in and, after finding out I was only in town for a short time, went above and beyond to get me back on the road. If I ever break down again while visiting KC, these guys will be my first call. They're the best!

These guys were fantastic. They gave me a fair price and took my vehicle in within 24 hours of me calling. Most shops around town were 1 week to 2 out. Once you had the quick, excellent service that took less than a day, you have a very satisfied customer. I definitely will be bringing my vehicles back! My 1990 Chevy Pickup had some leaks on the drive shaft, transmission, and a brake light issue. 10/10 reccomend

I feel very fortunate to have discovered them. They are knowledgeable, efficient and honest. I appreciate how they explain automotive issues to me. They are always trying to save me money and time. I have never received such fantastic customer service anywhere else. I am extremely pleased with how they run their business and their friendliness!

Trenton has worked with me through various car problems be it maintenance or repairs (I own a 2013 Honda Pilot and a 2016 Honda CRV). He never presses me to get unnecessary work done, and always tries to find the best price point when I do need work done. This shop really lives up to their name of "integrity." I always feel better informed, and prepared after visiting here. I plan on taking my vehicles here for the foreseeable future.

These guys 1000% live up to their name! Priced fairly, each staff member absolutely pleasant to engage with, informative, no high pressure sales tactics, just good honest work. Literally, just the best experience! Highly, highly recommended.

I normally work on all my own stuff but recently I’ve been short on time. I decide to give a new shop in town a try , Summit Integrity Auto. Bobby fairly priced the job, was able to get it completed by the next day and even address a quick fix at no extra cost. If I need anything else done on my truck I will be returning.

they did a excellent job on my rear end ride very good as i was testing it with the new rebuilt rear end even getting better gas mileage.they are very fast and get the job done quickly als found and repair the break line. i thank them for that . as a mechanical engineer myself i say these guy are top notch and do a great job thanks

Trent was amazing. Brought my 2007 Chrystler 300 Touring in for a rough idle. She was misfiring and fuel injectors were not doing their job. Trent replaced my spark plugs, intake manifold gasket, and my fuel injectors. She runs smooth now. So glad I pulled into Integrity Automotive. We will be using this shop for any future car troubles (knock on wood). I would fully recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Very friendly, professional, highly knowledgeable and honest mechanics. They provide quality and detailed service from perforling an inspection to mechanical work they treat each job with care. I mentioned honest because they dont over promise and under deliver, and they work fast to get you back on the road. If they can't do the work, they won't waste your time or money. I highly recommend them because they truly care.

AWESOME. this place should also be known as a pit crew. What I thought would take nearly 5 hours, they knocked out in 2 hours. And at a really good price.

They communicated well the issue my car was having, laid out a plan of how to fix it, and the next day when I dropped it off it was done and ready to go in an hour. No problems with the issue since.

If you own a vehicle out of warranty, you need a local mechanic to protect your investment. Summit is an outstanding choice.

Best place around to get car work done! We needed quite a bit of work done, and they really did a great job getting us back on the road quickly.
