What a great team at this beautiful store for custom and off-the-shelf blinds, shades and draperies. John professionally assisted me from start to finish with the top treatments for my new living room, dining room and kitchen! They turned out great and choosing the fabric was the most fun! I am new to this State from New York State and am very impressed with the attention to detail, including the exact installation process. Can't wait to choose fabric for upstairs windows!

Very happy with all the new bedroom shades. Linen and Shade Bin staff also pointed me at the Hunter-Douglas "Applause" line of shades as a significantly lower cost alternative to the "Duette" line. Installation went smoothly except for the skylight, which was mis-measured (by them). They took responsibility without question and installed a correctly sized shade.

After recently moving to Milford, I wanted to find some shade treatments for my home. I had Hunter Douglas shades in the past and they really held up well. John was very helpful and showed me lots of options. It was a very low pressure experience. He was very patient with my questions and friendly and informative with his answers. We love our new custom blinds! They are great quality and were very affordable. Perry made the process easy and seamless. We have a custom size slider in our living room and an additional slider in the kitchen. The previous homeowners chose an online blind supplier and they fell apart within a few years. Our new custom blinds from Linen and Shade Bin are Hunter Douglas and come with an extended warranty. We can already tell these are much better quality and we will enjoy them for a long time! Absolutely thrilled with our Hunter Douglas window shades from Linen & Shade Bin in Milford, NH. The owner, Perry, was so easy to work with. He gave several options and did an excellent job explaining them. No sales pressure either. His installer, Craig, did a great job. He assembled everything in our garage which kept all the mess out of the house. He was very thorough in explaining how to operate our remote control pebbles. And to top it off, Perry gifted us with a jar of Stonewall Kitchen's Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Salt Caramel sauce! So glad we shopped locally!

I first met with Dee who was so helpful and showed me many different samples and helped me price my windows treatments (based on my approximate measurements).

Perry verified the order and scheduled a time to come out and measure the windows. He was a perfectionist- measuring each window several times.

When my order arrived, I was promptly scheduled an install with Craig. He did a fantastic job installing and took away all the packaging. He even removed my old blinds!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Perry! We have moved 8 times over the past few years and so I have had a lot of experience with purchasing blinds. I usually just go with a well known national franchise, but I decided to look into local small businesses. I am so happy that we did! Our new wood blinds are so much nicer than the previous "fake wood" ones that we've had and they were similarly priced. Perry was so kind to me and my small girls (3 + 5 year olds) when we were in the store and he made a special trip to re-verify that all of our window measurements were correct. His contractor for installation was also amazing and extremely reasonably priced. I would recommend Perry 1,000 times over. Thank you!!

I can't say enough about my experience with Linen & Shades Bin. The quality of blinds I received are exceptional. I get compliments all the time on how nice they look in my house. The staff were incredibly nice to work with and always checking and rechecking measurements to make sure your order is perfect. We purchased three custom made curtains for our dining room. We got quotes from three other stores before we went to Linen and Shade Bin. Perry is very knowledgeable and worked with us to get just what we wanted and at a better price than any of the other places we visited. We have custom made curtains in another room in our house but they do not compare to the craftsmanship and quality of the ones we had made by Perry. He is a perfectionist and it shows!
