I recently visited this AutoZone to test a battery ( I already had a feeling the battery was bad and the check only solidified my hunch), and I am beyond impressed with the outstanding service I received, thanks to Erick! From the moment I walked in, Erick's friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable.

Not only did Erick sell me a replacement battery, but he also seamlessly installed it with no issues. His efficiency and attention to detail were amazing. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

I've had nothing but great experiences every time I visit any Autozone!

Great customer service from all the employees very helpful, great advices, very knowledgeable, help make better choices, learn something new while I'm buying stuff and the manager Randy it's a great guy. AutoZone in Kent is my favorite location 5/5.

It was early am probably the first person that walk in to the store I was greet by the manager and another employee that was very nice and both seem to work along very well. Honestly good feeling when you being great nice and also good experience helping as I was traveling and my car had a few codes that they immediately let me know about the parts.

I had a good, easy experience. Walked up to the counter and told them everything I needed and they did all the hard work for me. The guy Randy even went out of his way to get me the best deal possible!! Overall good experience. I know sometime being a girl going into an auto parts store can be intimidating. But it was easy.

So extremely helpful. When I arrived my car battery was dead, I was exhausted from all the transportation issues I'd been having; all I wanted to do was give up & cry. By the time I left I had a brand new battery installed, felt totally confident about how to fix the transportation problems I had, & even ended up buying more than I had arrived with the notion of needing. It was totally due to Sarg & his amazing ability to explain things in a way I could understand without feeling overwhelmed. His awesome suggestions & demonstration were exceptionally on point. He went out of his way to make sure I got the best battery at the best price & any questions I had he had the exactly right answer for. Definitely would recommend 💯. Even though I live in Olympia I'd still totally go out of my way to come back to this particular location just because of how helpful these guys were. Seriously, you need car stuff? Go there.

Randy was very nice and very helpful he assisted me with my headlight, saved me some money because he adjusted my bulb and thats all it needed ! Didn't have to replace it, thanks Randy!

The employees inside were very welcoming and helpful with all of our questions. Cassie went above and beyond by not only helping us find the correct battery size, but completely installed it into our car. We will definitely be coming back because of her excellent customer service. She deserves a raise for sure!

I wanted to thank Jesse the supervisor at the kent location
He was fantastic and helped us while a disgruntled customer was flipping out on him over a battery she just bought instead of researching her vehicle and possibly could be the alternator why her battery is dead. I told him thank you for being an outstanding employee and after being screamed at he still has a smile on his face. He needs a
promotion for dealing with people like that !!

Got the oil I needed, associate discounted from $29.99 to $24.99 and helped me get a better deal.

Joy was such fun to talk to while in store trying to figure out my coil exchange. Jesse was also a great help. First time I've ever walked out of an autozone feeling like I had been hanging out with friends. Excellent customer service!!
