The ladies running the post office are very unhelpful!!! Who ever heard... Oh, sorry we don't have anyone to run the route... sitting here at work waiting on the mail and if the Regular lady (who is Amazing) is off, no one shows up to run the mail!! Last I knew this was unacceptable from USPS!! Can anyone Explain what on Earth is going on with Watervliet?? Who Holds YOU Accountable???? ANYONE?????

Used to be a wonderful small town post office. USED TO BE!!! Since all the older workers retired it's become filled with the rudest people behind the counter. The mail carrier's are still nice people.

My mail is never delivered to my house. When I call to inquire about this I am told the address where I have lived at for two years "doesn't exist" LOL WHAT
