Subway

Always get my online orders right! Food is fresh and service great! Why are they temporarily closed now? Hartford is the next closest and their service is awful! Not allowed to go inside the last time for pickup, doors locked! Forced to wait in drive thru with others ordering... sort of defeated the purpose of ordering online. And Bangor workers start claiming they're out of everything so they can leave early! It sucks Watervliet is closed.

The young man who was there on 19/23/2022 omg he has so awesome. What a nice kind polite young man he was patient he was very very professional and he made our sandwiches wonderful he double checked with us every step of the way and I just can't say enough about him he's a great guy we happen to be the last customers of the night and I couldn't have asked for anybody better he deserves a raise he deserves a lot of praise this young man was very kind didn't mind my three-year-old running around as long as you know she was good but he just giggled and when I was making the sandwiches and we had ordered six subs that night and he was great thank you Subway for hiring him he kept apologizing cuz he couldn't print out a receipt but it was okay he was great we didn't really need a receipt but he was pretty pretty busy so thank you young man I didn't catch your name but thank you very much for checking with us on how you're making the subs and let me tell you there was nothing left by the end of the night all six subs were gone he definitely deserves a raise thank you

This subways great, service was great. Ordered online and was given a 15 minute wait time but didn't get our subs for about 25 minutes or so. The young man working alone was getting customer after customer and he was making subs fast and efficiently. I didn't mind the extra wait time unlike the Karen who posted a review about having to long of a wait. He then paused one guest and had our subs done in about a minute. Kevins a beast keep that employee.

Loved it. Subway is continuously changing their menu and making sure everything is fresh. You can tell. All of their ingredients are good and fresh. Thank you Watervliet Subway. It is a great alternative when it is my night to cook.

Noah was absolutely amazing! He was working by himself and it was kind of busy but he kept a smile on his face and you can tell he loves is job!

New person working. She did a great job making my sandwich ( one she had never made) and ringing me up. Store was clean. Easy access.

The guy was cleaning when we arrived, and he was doin a fine job, and he was delightfully chatty. The girl behind the counter was patient and generous in her portions for us. Excellent Subway experience!

Every Time I go to subway I always get Great and Friendly service and I love the watervliet subway always so clean and super friendly employees and I went back again today and had nothing but great full greetings and

Cold cut combo on white bread with double meat and cheese nd mayo with lettuce. My sandwich was delicious 😋

Its a far better restaurant with the new owner. It was getting so bad last year I stopped visiting this location. But now its cleaner, the employees are nicer and the food is fresher. Great store now.
