Sonia was awesome!! A warm welcome and she took care of everything with a few simple questions. A much needed quick and helpful experience during a time of transition for my family.

Phil and Sonja are AMAZING and an asset to the company, however, your price increases every 6mo are RIDICULOUS. I've been here for years and the price increases are not great for this small town.

3rd time renting from Sonya! She is an absolutely delight to work with. She really goes out of her way & the facility is spotless. Just got back from leaving last year in May & my things are stores exactly as I left them. No smells, no bugs, no mold, no spiders in my climatized unit. Thank you, Sonya!

Phil, at SROA Dryden, was so kind and professional helping me obtain a storage unit today. The location is well kept, easy to access, and has great office managers to boot! And immediate move in available.

Sonja made getting two lockers so quick and easy. Huge rooms, great deals and pricing with awesome staff! Thank you!!

Everyone appreciates excellent customer service, and Sonya has consistently provided. She's always pleasant, quick to respond, and resolves any questions or issues I have. She is the reason I continue to do business with SROA.

The downside is the customer interface portion of their website. It's basically useless. I have an account, but cannot make payments, or update any account info (including to update a credit card). I have a unit in 2 different locations, but they can't even combine those under one account. Thankfully there's Sonya, but not so good for her. I can't imagine how it increases her workload to have every customer call for issues that could easily be resolved if the website functioned properly.

To SROA... hang on to Sonya... fix your website!

Sonja in the Dryden and Fairgrounds facilities is fantastic to deal with. I rented a unit at Fairgrounds and a Trailer Space in Dryden, mi. She made it super easy. I'm 200 miles away and was absolutely Hassel free.
