United Lawnscape

I live in a very large apartment complex. United landscape is cutting our shrubs which have not been done properly in several years. They trimmed them up as best as they could with what they had to work with, and they look very, very nice. I talked to the man who were doing the work very nice very cordial. Doing a great great job better than anybody has done since I lived here seven years

United has been taking care of our landscaping for years now from the initial design to install and maintenance. I could not be happier with the level of service I receive. Dusty is my contact and he always ensures I am up to speed on my appointments as well as always taking the time to stop by and check up on everything. I have and continue to recommend United to everyone I know. They have a customer for life.

We have purchased over thirty trees from United over the years and although we were disappointed that they made the decision to close the plant center we understand why. Our experience with Dusty and everyone else at United has always been top notch. Even during the recent transition they handled our warranty work very swiftly and professionally. I wouldn't hesitate hiring them for future landscaping projects.

Highly recommend United Lawnscape. We have used them for 2 separate occasions and they only get better with time. Over a course of 3 months we dealt with a pool installation so our yard was completely torn up. From the initial meeting of ideas to the finished product Dusty and his crew were amazing. They were here when scheduled and even finished earlier than planned. We were out of town during the end of completion and came home to a finished yard which was an amazing feeling. From having guys come from another job to help move a huge playset to doing some fall cleanup for us, they went above and beyond. The crew was so easy to talk to when we had questions. Already working on a list for springtime.

My recent experience with United, specifically the VP Steve, has been a good one. After voicing my complaints about our landscape Steve immediately reached out to me via phone and email as well as visited my house to take a look at the issues. He was very concerned about my satisfaction with their work. I am looking forward to Untied fixing some planting issues that were not properly done as well as some additional work to help my yard and home look as lovely as it once did. Big thanks to Steve and his team.

We contracted with United Lawnscape for plantings around our new pool area and to spruce up our existing front and side yards. We are so impressed with the end result! Right from the beginning their designs and execution of those designs was excellent. Everyone from Jennifer and her design team to Jeff and his installation team to our account manager Dusty have been nothing but professional and great to work with. We found United’s crew to be hard working, knowledgeable, and committed to providing exceptional service. No matter how busy they were, they would stop and listen to our concerns, answer our questions, and went above and beyond to make certain we were more than satisfied with the outcomes. We continue to use United for our ongoing maintenance of our lawn and for all aspects of our trees and shrubs and we would highly recommend United Lawnscape to anyone looking for a high quality landscaping company. Not only are they great at landscaping but the people who work here are genuinely so nice. My dad’s car got stuck in the snow after crashing into a tree today and one of the employees here saw him & stopped to help him get his car unstuck! He literally could’ve just driven by like anyone else but he didn’t. Can’t remember his name unfortunately but I hope he sees this review 😂 Thank you again!

I have used United for the last 2 years both personally and for business and the service that has been provided to me has been above and beyond what any other company has provided to me in the past. They have a eye for detail. Any time there has been a issue, a simple phone call and I know it will be taken care of immediately.

After construction of our new home 2 years ago we hired United Lawnscape to design and build the landscaping around our new home. Today our yard is nothing short of spectacular! From the very beginning they have been professional, courteous and more importantly stand behind their work and the warranty of their plants. I live in Lansing, Mi. And I just wanna say that the islands in the middle of MLK Rd are very well maintained.. I did notice that these islands are done by this company, and also that it is done by only two people. I've seen smaller properties maintained by a 3 or 4 person crew at times. Being such a busy road and quite big also, those two do an excellent job! Just hard to believe they are required to do all of that with only two people. Kudos to them!
